Moltes deficiències
Pros:

L'habitació de l'hotel és gran i el bany és espaiós. Molt bona ubicació.

Cons:

Per nosaltres no val la pena. La finestra de l'habitació té una cortina que deixa passar la llum, només tenen servei de recepció de 10:00 a 16:00 i si passa alguna cosa ningú et dona resposta, les tovalloles del bany no sequen gens. Molt complicat també fer el check-in.

Great position and very quite room even though very close to Ueno station and lively streets.

Excellent hôtel avec bon emplacement
Pros:

Très bon hôtel que je recommande. L’emplacement est parfait à 5 min de la gare d’Ueno qui dispose de plusieurs lignes qui mènent partout dans Tokyo. La chambre est assez spacieuse pour une personne et la vue est chouette (uniquement si vous êtes à partir du niveau 6 par contre sinon vous risquez de vous retrouver face à un mur..)

Cons:

Il n’y a quasiment jamais personne à la réception donc il faut bien pensé à faire le Check in avant par message et pas faire comme moi et attendre mon arrivée sur place pour me rendre compte qu’il n’y a personne (j’ai du appeler l’établissement du coup).
Assez cher mais j’imagine que ce sont les prix de Tokyo

Perfekt, um Tokio zu erkunden.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, um Tokio zu erkunden. Komfortables Bett. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine + Trockner und alles, was man sonst so braucht (Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Föhn, Schirm, Kühlschrank etc.). Ruhige Lage zum Schlafen.

Cons:

Recht dunkel, da kein Fenster. Den Zweck hat es trotzdem erfüllt, man ist ohnehin nur zum Schlafen dort.

Good location near Ueno e main railway station! This is contactless so online check in. They will just give you the pass
Pros:

Near to train stations and restaurants in Ueno

Cons:

No everyday cleaning or just getting the trash from the room.
They say cleaning is every 3 days but this did not happen.

Good accommodation but maybe more suitable for business travelers.
Pros:

The hotel's location is very convenient - not only close to the train and bus stations but also close to a small supermarket and a konbini. It is only about 10 minutes away from the main restaurants, shops, and market in Ueno area. Free candies and a microwave on the first floor we can use. Compare to other accommodations, this place provides more competitive price for laundry in the property. Lastly, the check in and check out process was seamless.

Cons:

The room in a way was spacious but we could not push two single beds together and it made an awkward space in the middle. Because of this, it was also difficult to open our suitcases and re-arrange our belongings. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child but were given only 2 towels and 2 hand towels. For an extra towel we were told to pay an additional fee. In terms of cleanliness, there were dust on top of the bed headboards.
