Відношення персоналу 10/10 , чисто, можу рекомендувати від себе .
Pros:

Номер був чистий, але хочу окремо подякувати чуйному персоналу. Дівчата котрі працюють на рецепції привітні, чуйні та відносять з розумінням при любих ситуаціях.

Cons:

Ціна трохи зависока в порівнянні з іншими готелями .
Якщо довго тривале проживання то не вигідно по ціні

Не раджу. Або телефонуйте одразу в готель, щоб підтвердити бронювання.
Cons:

По приїзді виявилося, що броні немає, бо адміністратор не бачить бронювання з букінгу.
Розмовляли зі мною російською. Не запропонували рішення проблеми. Довелось шукати інший готель.

Все чисто, ремонт свіжий, був нюанс з ковдрою, але персонал швидко замінив, все вирішили та вибачились за незручності
