Pros:

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hervorragend. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse ,mitten im grünen - das Hotel liegt jedoch außerhalb von Ella im Nachbar Ort .
Gute Ausgangslage für den Besuch der Tempelanlage.

Pros:

Номер стандартный для Шри-Ланки, вид из балкона фантастический, завтрак включен в стоимость, тоже хорош. Были сбои с wi-fi, но имея сим-карту это не проблема.

Un asco.
Cons:

Está MUY sucio todo, no usamos la mosquitera por lo sucia que estaba, el baño estaba sucio, las sábanas tan viejas que se movían y el colchón estaba sucísimo. Además me perdieron un pantalón en la lavandería y no me han contestado. He intentado reclamar también desde booking y no ha habido manera.

Wonderful balcony and a terrace with a breathtaking view.
Pros:

The balcony and the terrace are absolutely stunning with a breathtaking view, there’re monkeys around,
The value for money is incredible, this was our cheapest stay in Sri Lanka. And it’s unbelievable what you get for this money - you’re like in a National Geographic movie, even the breakfast is included! The manager Luckydu is extremely friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable!
The bed was beautifully decorated with a swan made out of towels, the bed is comfortable.
The food is super tasty, the portions are enormous!

Cons:

The room is stinky and not clean;( if this could be improved it would be perfect! The water pressure in the shower is quite low. And the house is located right on the road, so it’s kinda noisy.
