Pros:

Great staff, special thanks to Nuri for all the help. The location is perfect, the rooms were clean and spacious. The terrace was also a great bonus. A fantastic hotel, looking forward to coming back.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location, near train station and lots of food options around. Super clean and comfortable, worth the price. Jerry and the lady from the front desk are so nice and helpful, they genuinely make you feel welcome and both speak English very well. 100% recommend and will stay again if I come back to Seoul

Cons:

Laundry hours were only from 11am to 8pm which is understandable due to the noise but also inconvenient since it’s the hours we’re out of accommodation. Even then, they did everything to help us and we were able to do laundry. Thank you Jerry!

Downtown Seoul - way to go!
Pros:

Dustin on the front desk was fantastic, could not have been more helpful.
Great English too, together with a short lesson in Korean!

Cons:

Excellent hôtel avec un accueil des plus chaleureux.
Pros:

Étudiante voyageant pour la première fois seule en Corée du Sud, je remercie de tout cœur le personnel pour ses précieux conseils concernant les différents moyens de me rendre à l’hôtel depuis l’aéroport.

Je remercie tout particulièrement Dustin pour ses petites attentions très utiles, ses conseils et sa bienveillance très réconfortante quand on est un peu perdu dans une grande ville où tout est nouveau.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé et la chambre offre tout le confort dont on peut avoir besoin.

Encore merci pour ce séjour !

Great:) Dustin the receptionist helped us with storing luggages and guide us. Enjoyed the stay.
