Pros:

- very central location
- staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us organise a tour for the next day and offer suggestions of restaurants
- clean hotel
- comfortable bed
- had everything you needed
- felt very local and special.

Cons:

- I had booked an extra night (5 nights instead of 4) and the hotel was not able to cancel the extra night even though we were only slightly out of the free cancellation period.

Cons:

The hotel was located in a back alley and was not a proper hotel at all. It was more like a guesthouse. The air conditioning could not be set below 21°C because otherwise it would start leaking water.

There was even a strong toilet smell throughout the room, including around the bed area. The photos completely hid the actual condition of the property and made it look like a proper hotel, but in reality, it was nothing like that. It was absolutely horrifying.

Quiet, Convenience location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is very convenience, staff are very friendly. Air-con, bath or shower, provide toothbrush, hairdryer, and some grooming for man too. They have a little treats to give you when you check in and check out.

Pros:

The location was very central and the staff were very friendly and attentive

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned for the 5 day stay that we were there, however the towels were exchanged every day and they offered amenities kits.

とてもウェルカムでした！
ユナさんが対応してくださってとってもやさしかったです。
やっぱり韓国って優しい人が多いなという印象です！！
タオルも水も欲しいだけどうぞ！という感じでサービス抜群でした！

Cons:

使い捨てのスリッパがペラペラなので、持参することをお勧めします。
