Clean and good facilities

Hotel was nice with brand new feel and sparkling clean.
・The lady at reception desk only understands very basic English, but she was very helpful when I had some requests.
・Close to supermarket.

Host Shinekhuu and others were friendly and provided more support including assisting with cab and van pick up services from the airport at a reasonable cost. The Kitchen was great and also the breakfast. The management was very helpful. I would strongly recommend the place.

We stayed at this hotel for two separate nights before heading to the Gobi Desert.

Positive Aspects:
• On our first night, we stayed on the second floor, and our room was well-equipped with an electric kettle, tea, coffee, and toothbrushes.
• Gobi Desert, we stayed on the first floor, where the bathroom was excellent, featuring a bathtub and a jacuzzi.
• The hotel's location was fairly good; there was a supermarket nearby, which was convenient.
• The hotel staff assisted us in booking our trip to the Gobi Desert, coordinating transportation, and arranging visits to attractions at a reasonable price.
• The breakfast provided by the hotel was enjoyable, and the dining area was clean and pleasant.
• The restaurant was not very close to the hotel, requiring a bit of walking to reach it.
• The Wi-Fi connection was reliable and worked well throughout our stay.

Overall, we definitely stay at the hotel again and we recommend staying at this hotel

No that great, but then in Mongolia, the food isn't to everyone's taste. SO its a bit unfair to judge

Manager very helpful in arranging tours and speaks excellent English

Clean, new, bright, comfortable and modern hotel! We wanted to visit the Gobi but wanted Western style accommodations instead of the gers (some of the gers were closed during the colder months anyways). The owner Shine helped us organized a 1-day Gobi return travel with a very competent driver at a very reasonable price. I had my own 4x4 and was originally going to make the drive to the Gobi myself -- which I do NOT recommend. A local driver is essential if you're trying to make the return trip in 1 day. Shine can help with all sorts of local personnel and tips. His English is excellent, plus he's just a lovely person who's always fast to respond to inquiries. Breakfast was also delicious!

The location was fine. As close to the airport than most of the other hotels I saw, close to a good local supermarket and within easy walking distance to the "town centre". Friendly, helpful staff, especially the Manager who spoke very good English. Clean, well-kept, modern hotel.

We stayed 7 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Shinekhuu (the manager), his family, and staff were very accommodating. He picked us up at the bus terminal upon arrival and took us to the airport the day we left. He helped coordinate 3 day trips - White Stupa, Gurvan Saikhan National Park, and the Flaming Cliffs. The property is very clean, with nice amenities, hot water for showers, and a filling breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and the supermarket. There is a great bike trail that we used for a 4 mile running route. We would gladly stay at Khovuun again! We LOVED getting to know Shinekhuu and his family. We will always remember them and wish them the very best!

Great hotel in a good location. The family that owns this hotel are beyond kind. The hotel manager went out of his way to befriend me. Wonderful experience.

Clean and modern hotel, located close to a temple and supermarket. The breakfast was good. Also, the manager that speak perfect english help us organize the transport from the airport and to our camp by whats app. Probably best option in town.
