The service and cleanliness could have been better. Also, the deserts in the food section need to be completely changed and redone. The dome should have been open from the top to view the stars.
The stay was awesome....I went on my birthday on 30th April 2024, we were lucky to experience the snowfall the same day and had a candle light dinner cum birthday celebration with lovely background of Manali Valley. That was magical. Food was awesome. Service was great. Staff was great.

It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy .
