I don't suggest if you not homeless

Нас поместили в комнете где один кражат для 2 персон, а один кравать откриваюши пренисли. Они только отвв1али на званки., было указоно ужен, но не било. било очень грязно.,

We were placed in a room where one bed was for 2 people, and one bed was opened. They only answered calls., the dinner was include when i choose the room , but in fact it was not. It was very dirty., the refrigerator did not work, the cord was there, but they could not turn it on, the cord was not the length of the outlet., The elevator does not work. The personal very colmest and always say we can't do anything

Pros:

1.Lokalizacja w porządku.
2.Gdy poprosiłyśmy o możliwość skorzystania z pralki oraz kuchni, pani z recepcji udostępniła nam taką możliwość.
3.Pokój od strony parkingu, zatem cichy.
4.Lodówka w pokoju

Cons:

1. Pleśń pod prysznicem. Sam prysznic się nie domykał
2. Pokój był rezerwowany na 3 osobne łóżka. Dostałyśmy pojedyncze plus podwójne, podobno "nie było innego pokoju trzyosobowego dostępnego".
3. Klimatyzacja nie działała
4. Miałyśmy wykupione śniadania, których również nie było - tu podobno jest problem, że usunięta była ta opcja przez nich, bo nie mają kucharza. Nie dostałam żadnej informacji wcześniej. Kontakt przez booking z hotelem niemożliwy - nikt nie odpisywał na pytania.
5. Pranie, które zrobiłyśmy, pachniało papierosami, bo w kuchni pali się papierosy...
6. Telewizor nie miał pilota

Нормальный отель, нам было комфортно между рейсами переночевать
Pros:

Нужен был отель на ночь для трансфера, недалеко от ЖД вокзала, этот вариант был хорошим по цене и расположению.
Номер был небольшим, немного "уставший" ремонт, окно было высоко, в него нельзя наслаждаться видом, но для трансферной ночи нам это было ОК,
Это был февраль, погода была холодная и батареи были отключены, но в номере было тепло, поэтому мы не просили ничего включить и кондером не грели.
Постельное белье было чистое, кровати\подушки - удобные
Администратор по-доброму встретила, быстро заселила, прекрасно говорит на русском
Улица на которой расположен отель - красивая, с удовольствием погуляли в том районе

Cons:

Был включен завтрак, но получить его было неочевидно. Мы спустились вниз в столовую утром, ничего и никого не было ни внизу ни на ресепе. Спустились повторно через полчаса, стояли 2 тарелки и было непонятно это для нас или нет, опять же никого не было, потом случайно пересеклись на лестнице с администратором и она сказала что это нам.
В следующим раз хотели бы получить чуть более лучшие инструкции, но видимо просто не повезло что никого на ресепе не застали сразу =)

Unexpected Circumstances
Pros:

Property is in a great location, they don't have any breakfast as posted on booking.com, they also don't have sound proof rooms as stated on booking.com, they had parties with people partying and making lots of noise until 4.00-6.00 a.m.!
The biggest difficulty I had was after I stayed 6 nights on a 7 night booking, on 6th day I booked another 14 days from 4 April till 18 April which I received a booking confirmation on the 3rd, on the 4th at 11.45 I went to pay for the next 14 days but was told by the young girl I had a booking problem & needed to leave right away, so I went back to my room & contacted booking.com customer service, she assured me this was a mistake & the hotel had to honor the booking, the agent asked me to wait 45 minutes while she worked all details, in the mean time the mean young girl comes back with housekeeper & start's shouting at me that I need to leave NOW!
I showed them both my booking confirmation for 14 days more but they insisted I had to leave right away, I have been to many hotels in my life, this is the most hostile & disrespected I have ever been treated.
Fortunately I was able to stay another day to give me time to pack the extra food I had just purchased planning to stay another 14 days & they have No breakfast, No hot water kettle as posted on booking.com.
With saying all this, I still would like to return someday as the other 2 ladies working there are very polite, respectfully & helpful, just a simple misunderstanding with the young girl & booking.com.

Cons:

At the check in, we were told, we have no booking. So they either stopped working with booking.com or I really dont know what was the problem. If they would at least cancel it only beforehand, so one knows, he should start looking for another accomodation. Arriving to reception with bags, just to be told, yiu cant stay here is terrible experience.

Pros:

Very bad situation about this hotel, we booked and got confirmation but when we go to check in the hotel full, they not reserve room for us. They just said hotel full and no room for us. This is bad situation for us.

Cons:

The staff not helpful and not respond for theirs mistake.

Great location

Cons:

Breakfast a bit sparce for vegetarians. Rooms not cleaned or sheets changed at all for the 5 days of our stay. No kettle, cups etc in the room.

Pros:

Viešbutis yra vienoje pagrindinių Tbilisio gatvių, kurioje pilna įvairiausių parduotuvių, maitinimo įstaigų ir pan. Nors eismas šia gatve, kaip ir visame mieste yra didžiulis, ir dieną, ir naktį, bet langas buvo į kiemą, o tiksliau prie pat Sakartvelo gynybos ministerijos tvoros, taigi buvo nepaprastai tylu. Labai paslaugus personalas, kuris nedelsiant reaguoja į visas pastabas ar prašymus.

Cons:

Kas gi nepatikti Sakartvele... Nebent siaubingas eismas gatvėmis - daugybė automobilių, daugybė žmonių.
