The receptionist kept staring at me in a very uncomfortable way, as if I had done something wrong. It felt unprofessional and quite rude.

Cons:

Even the owner’s behavior was very rude, not welcoming at all, and highly unprofessional. We are paying customers, but they were staring at us as if we had committed a crime.
