Très bien
Pros:

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses et très belles. Petit balcon appréciable. Parking sécurisé à l’interieur de l’hotel, ou possibilité de se garer devant. Restaurant sur place avec room service disponible.
La proximité avec l'aéroport est très pratique (10-15 minutes en voiture)

Cons:

Le Room service un peu long (40 minutes pour deux plats de pates). Et le petit déjeuner moyen avec peu de choix

Misleading Room Listing & Poor Handling
Pros:

Our stay at Hotel Riviera was okay overall. There wasn’t anything particularly outstanding, but it was a decent and comfortable experience. The place was fairly maintained, and the staff were fine. It served its purpose for our stay, even though nothing especially memorable stood out.

Cons:

We were quite disappointed with our stay. We had specifically booked a deluxe double bedroom with a balcony, but the room we were given was very small and did not feel “deluxe” at all. More importantly, there was no balcony, which was a key reason for our booking.

When we raised this with the staff, we were told that this was the only room in their listing without a balcony, but it is still categorized under the same deluxe listing as the others. This was misleading and should have been clearly communicated in advance.

What was even more frustrating was the way the situation was handled. Instead of offering a solution like an upgrade or any alternative, we were simply told that we could vacate the room and take a refund. Being asked to leave at around 10 PM at night was highly inconvenient and unrealistic.

We expected better communication and a more considerate resolution. Overall, this experience left us quite unhappy.

Nice stay near the Tirana airport
Pros:

Nice and clean rooms. Very good breakfast. The hotel is between the center and the airport. We had a nice stay and we shall visit it again. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
