I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the current standards of service that I have observed during my stay.

Housekeeping Services: The housekeeping service is currently below expectations. I kindly request a thorough review and improvement in this area to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet the expected standards.

Tea Service: The waiting time for tea has been exceeding 30 minutes, which is quite inconvenient. I recommend evaluating the process to enhance efficiency and reduce wait times.

Breakfast Service: The morning breakfast service appears to lack coordination, often giving the impression that staff are rushing straight from their beds to serve guests. Improving staff readiness and service quality would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I sincerely believe that a proper audit of the housekeeping procedures and overall customer satisfaction will help identify areas for improvement and elevate the quality of service provided.

Pros:

The hotel is very neat and food is really good. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Cons:

There are a ton of small issues and couple big issues with the rooms but there is no one available other than the front desk to talk to .We had a problem in our room as it lost power suddenly at 11pm and nothing was working. The front desk guy couldn't figure out what's wrong and moved us to different room. That new room the AC was not working we called again at midnight to complain but no was there to answer as apparently the same issue was there in some other room and the poor guy was over there. Lucky for us we had 2 rooms so moved my son to other room and I waited for call back but nothing . At 1am I called and the front desk guy actually suggested to see if I can adjust for the night when I insisted they should me couple of rooms and turns out all of them had defunct AC. Finally at 2am they gave me a room with AC working decently. After all this there is no apology from manager or any other staff in morning just a "o' we have notified manager about the complaint"... r u kidding me!! Good food and staff is not enough if you are posing to be star hotel... u need to have good facilities and yes a Manager to be present
