Perfektes Hotel für einen Wochenend Trip nach Florenz !
Pros:

Ein Top Hotel mit wunderschöner moderner und gehobener Ausstattung in bester Lage mitten in Florenz. Tolles Frühstück, sehr nette Mitarbeiter … einfach nur rundum schön. Ich empfehle die Deluxe Zimmer … ein Traum. ☺️

Wandering into a Renaissance town

The room was cleaner than I’d expected. The bathroom and toilet in particular were tiled and looked very stylish.
Although you wouldn’t have guessed it from the outside, the interior had been renovated and was lovely.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was complimentary for guests. On the day of check-out, I was grateful that they’d prepared a box with bread, juice and water for me in case I didn’t make it in time for breakfast.

Cons:

As it’s situated in the old town, it’s hardly surprising that taxis can’t reach the front of the hotel. I had to carry my luggage about 100 metres myself.
Perhaps because the third-floor rooms were added later, there were no lift indicators. However, it had a rather curious design: when you swiped your key card, the lift would take you straight there.
Also, there was a step of about 15 centimetres leading from the corridor outside into the room, and I nearly tripped over it.

Fräscht och snyggt. Frukosten var fantastisk! Trevlig personal. Läget kunde inte vara bättre. Lugnt och skönt med bra ac på rummet. Längesedan jag bott på så bra hotell.

Good location, very clean, nice decor, great breakfast but a little uncomfortable if you get a trim with stairs

The stairs in my room were uncomfortable and nobody helped me bringing up or down my luggage, I was worried in particular about my older aunt who had a room where the bathroom was in the second floor. Also beware about burglars! My aunt’s wallet was stolen and delivered empty to the entrance of the hotel.

Tre bien placé mais rapport qualité/prix décevant

Cons:

Compte tenu du prix de la chambre nous avons été assez déçus…
-Beaucoup de bruit (notre chambre donnait sur une cour et des poubelles donc beaucoup de bruit de verre jeté toute la nuit et au matin).
- Personnel peu accueillant et souriant (hormis un jeune homme charmant le soir qui m’a trouvé de la glace alors que j’avais mal au genou…et à été super gentil)
- petite odeur de renfermé dans les parties communes
