Pros:

Very nice place. A room and bathroom inside Maria’s flat., where she lives. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean.

Maria was very helpful and friendly. Getting the keys was easy.

The flat is in a great place. Lots of bars, restaurants.. very near San Mames football stadium and in easy walking distance of the Guggenheim.

A simple breakfast was included, so it was very good value for money.

Pulizia impeccabile e posizione comoda.

Cons:

Sebbene non abbiamo mai incrociato la proprietaria l'appartamento non è ad uso esclusivo ma in condivisione. Sarebbe meglio specificare questo particolare in fase di prenotazione per non sentirsi intrusi a casa di altri. Avere il bagno in camera sarebbe l'ideale vista la tipologia di appartamento.

Pros:

Bel appartement propre, très bien équipé et bien situé. Petit déjeuner correct, même s'il manquait de la charcuterie, pour ceux qui aiment.

Cons:

Appartement partagé avec sa propriétaire, qui peut sembler un peu stricte (afficher de manière bien visible et indiquer un peu sèchement que l'appartement est sous vidéo surveillance H24 est assez choquant et too much). Par ailleurs, dire que l'on est espagnol mais parler uniquement l'anglais est assez curieux et frustrant pour l'hôte.

Fijne kamer, goede ligging
Pros:

De ligging, vlakbij de hoofdstraat is ideaal. Dichtbij restaurants, een metrohalte en de airportbus halte. Airco was met dit hete weer hard nodig. Mooie nieuwe badkamer.

Cons:

Wij hadden niet verwacht dat we het appartement moesten delen met de eigenaresse. De badkamer was alleen bereikbaar via de woonkamer en niet ensuite. Maria was er niet vaak, overigens, en erg discreet.

It was overall good, but also an awkward surprise, since its just a bedroom at her current apartment
Pros:

The host is very friendly, the location is good, the apartment was very clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

When I made the reservation, it was not clear to me that this is not a B&B/small hotel as such, but rather the host rents out one of the bedrooms in her apartment. This means that you are staying at someone's apartment, and you share everything (except the bathroom). It is not per-se bad, but it was unpleasant to find out that this was the case only once I was there.
