Public hair in beds and inside kettle also live wires visible also tv didn't work and wardrobe door came off as I opened it and it hurt my son and bathroom door didn't work no hot water anyway no toiletries or towels blood on bases of beds carpets disgusting windows disgusting couldn't see cuz seagull poo etc all over it I walked out

No towels no tea coffee sugar or tea spoons, tv didn’t work shower plug hole full of black hair mouldy shower curtain. The boiler was in our room so constantly going on and off all night the sides hadn’t even been wiped down

Was told no towels as they didn’t do the laundry! No hot water as they had turned it off!

Everything was absolutely disgusting

The bedding had quite a few dark brown marks on them. The carpet and the walls hasn't been cleaned for a long long time, they was disgusting. It was very dusty. Big dent in the bathroom floor. Shower was dirty with little fly's. Dirty smell as soon as you walk through the front door. This was buy far the worst b&b I have stayed in. Very bad 🤢😱 sorry I didn't take pictures, but whoever see's this and has already booked please take pictures

Not much to unlike its a blackpool hotel and I was only there to give the kids a holiday they loved it.

There’s a kettle in room but had to go out and buy teaspoons as was refused one when asked don’t quite understand why there’s a kettle but don’t supply teaspoons

Absolutely disgusting stay from start to finish. The hotel is completely run down and clearly not being maintained properly. We stayed in rooms 19 and 17 and neither room looked like it had been cleaned properly in a very long time. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been hoovered in months, there were stains all over the walls, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the rooms.

My partner even woke up with bites from something possibly fleas or bed bugs which is absolutely unacceptable. Room 17 had no toilet roll and dirty cups left behind from previous guests. There was mould all over the shower, no TV remote, and no tea or coffee facilities provided.

It honestly looked like the only thing that had been changed was the bedding. The whole place felt dirty, neglected, and unhygienic. Would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Room wasn't the best. No mirror in bathroom or room. There was a sliding door to close off the bathroom to the bedroom which didn't work and was permanently stuck, leaving no privacy. Some strange stains on the walls and furniture...

Stayed here before, the people who ran it last year were way more polite and friendly. This time the woman on the bar just throw us our keys and told us if we had any issues to speak to them. I was told it was gonna have a refurb. Come back this year and the Hotel is worse than last year. No refurb, No toilet roll, no towels, no hand soap, no nothing in the room other than a kettle, a bed. Dirty stains in the toilet and the floor was awful and not cleaned. We had to buy our own toilet roll, hand soap and bleach to bleach the dirty toilet. The curtains were hung up by the tv antenna cable in room 2 and I might aswell have slept on the floor the bed was that bad. Had to stay an extra night due to personal circumstances as other hotels were booked up. Will not be coming here again and I definitely don’t recommend it to anyone. Not fit for purpose whatsoever and I think Health and Safety would have a field day in this place.

The room has black mould on the ceiling. The TV did not work. The bed sheets where ripped.
