Staff was very friendly. The beds were somewhat comfortable.
There were holes in the double bedsheets. Holes in the bathroom walls. Rooms needed a lick of paint. The TV turned on just no channels. At 1.30am the front door was being booted in which had woken me up. Around 3am someone had managed to get into the hotel and battered a 17yr old lad which again, woke myself and children up.

I did not stay in there . I checked in at 3pm and checked out same day. Hotel is really bad and disgusting the room was really bad. Had a urine stained mattress out side my door mold dirt and broken furniture in room. No toilet paper dirty cups one hand towel for to ppl. No hat water in showe or sink was very disappointing as came for my birthday 4and a half drive in the morning to a four and a half drive home same day. Birthday was ruined

Room was dirty shower curtain was black with mould, blood stains on the bed base was given tea coffee but no spoon had no towels or toilet roll had to ask for them

Beds weren't comfy. Bunk beds were secure so my partner slept in it. Bathroom was tiny more like a little cupboard
Room was small but we booked last minute and only slept on there so that wasn’t an issue. Very straightforward check in with owners waiting for us!!
Easy to find, a walk from the centre of Blackpool but this wasn’t an issue for us.
