The spa was good.
Rooms have a lot of character. Although some items like window mosquito screens need upgrade as they are broken.
The grounds are beautifully curated and the staff is great.
Food was supposed to be a big bonus of staying there but it was just OK. For the price, it's not worth it.
Also, the pool was not heated so we couldn't really use it. Travelling with kids, we were very much looking forward to this and just couldn't really be in it.

Beautiful gardens with lots of animals. It’s a perfect place to just enjoy nature and sit and relax. The building is old colonial style and very nice.
One big hit for us was the spa, we didn’t plan on hitting it but it shouldn’t be missed. The gym is great as well.
Good location to do day trips in the region. We went to Xochicalco.
The concierge was very kind to organize a day tour for us but unfortunately the guide didn’t speak English (although it was specified they would). Ultimately the tour was a bit pricey for what it was (2800 mxn for 4 hours with a guide we couldn’t really understand)

Service and spa was great as I remember it
The place, the staff and the experience itself. The rooms were beautiful, the spa is amazing. The food is really good, and the service by Ruben and Ramirez is exceptional.
The a/C in the bedroom was not working well, but other than that, everything was fabulous.
