Perfekt für einen Urlaub am Gardasee.
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, nettes, junges Personal. Bemüht um alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Lage top, direkt am Zentrum und nur ein kurzer Weg zum See.

Cons:

Kleine Dusche.

Pros:

La posizione centrale. La camera 203 moderna e carina. Letto comodo. Diciamo pulita, ma si può migliorare: le tazze era macchiate sul fondo. Colazione buona. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio. Possibilità di usare bagno di servizio. Due bottigliette d'acqua incluse.

Cons:

Organizzazione bar. Le informazioni circa la colazione inclusa non corrispondevano a quelle avute in fase di prenotazione. La cameriera non sapeva a chi portare l'ordinazione e c'erano solo due tavoli da servire. La stessa cameriera mi ha detto di portare lo scontrino in cassa per il pagamento, anche se avevo già fatto presente che la colazione era già stata pagata durante il checkin. La colazione dovrebbe iniziare prima delle 8. Dulcis in fundo: prima di partire chiedo una brioche da asporto e non hanno un sacchetto perché hanno aperto da poco. Mi accontento di un tovagliolo, ma hanno scaldato così tanto la brioche che è diventata flaccida ed ustionante. Prezzi alti rispetto l'offerta

Gute Ausgangslage für einen Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zentral bei der Altstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es gibt Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Weil der Frühstücksraum gerade im Umbau ist, mussten wir ein rechtes Stück gehen um in einem Café etwas zu frühstücken (wird nur ein vorübergehendes Problem sein)

Bad war nicht renoviert. Sehr kleine Dusche, Wasser lief sehr langsam in Dusche und Waschbecken ab.
