One room had too many flies on the first night but was dealt with

Breakfast options were very limited and even the kids struggled to find any basic to eat and did not provide any better options for room service either.

La atención del personal,el check in fue malísimo no nos dieron ningún tipo de indicaciones sabiendo que el desayuno es fuera de las instalaciones, el horario..y las piscinas también fuera(cierran a las 18:00), eso sí nos pidieron 1000 dírhams de depósito en el check in , que al hacer el check out pregunto cómo me lo van a devolver y… el recepcionista asombrado como raro de que nos lo cobrasen, me pide un justificante que gracias a que lo había guardado,por eso me han devuelto el dinero sino…el ascensor no funcionaba bien y al llegar al ir hacer el check in íbamos con coche y fuimos a la Recepción, nos indicaron que teníamos que meter el coche en el parking,total que el responsable del parking nos vuelve a mandar a recepción para pagar los días que lo íbamos a quedar y nos dieron un recibo, volvimos a la recepción del parking con el recibo y se lo quedaron en custodia sin dejarnos ninguna copia y a los dos días nos dice el del parking que le enseñe nuestro recibo….muy mala coordinación….

The communication in English can be improved.

Nothing at all. However, there were little options for the breakfast considering Morocco is a tourist destination. Atleast , a little bit of some English food would have made the overall experience more excellent .

Unfortunately, the staff at the reception did not seem very attentive. For the first time in our lives at a hotel, we were not informed about the Wi-Fi password, or where and at what time breakfast would be served. Even after asking several times, we were only told, “Breakfast is in the building next door.”

Only the bellboy provided us with detailed information about the pool hours and the breakfast location. So, the receptionists were uninterested, but the other staff members were helpful.

The Wi-Fi in our room was very weak. In fact, in some rooms it didn’t work at all (Room No. 5). Although there were free parking spaces in front of the hotel, they were sometimes full, so we had to park on the side of the hotel.

I would like to warn you about something here: there are someones, who try to charge tourists money for parking on public streets as if those spots belonged to them. If you don’t pay, they might damage your car.

We later found out that there is also a parking area under the hotel. Never park on the side of the hotel!

The breakfast was very basic and the variety was quite limited.
