Pros:

Die Lage super, der unkomplizierte Zugang zum Apartment super, die Sauberkeit absolut super, die schnelle Antwort, als ich eine Frage hatte. Fußläufig alles was man braucht und mehr zu erreichen.Absolut zu empfehlen.wir waren nur eine Nacht aber total zufrieden.vielen Dank!

Wasser in der Dusche ist nicht warm geworden, kann aber auch sein, dass man es noch länger hätte laufen lassen müssen, aber 3min waren dann doch zu lang für uns... Vielleicht gab es einen Trick ;)
Im Sommer könnte es warm werden, da Durchzug kaum möglich ist. Fenster öffnen schwierig, da Gastro drunter. Aber jetzt
Im kühlen April völlig ok! Absolut zu empfehlen!!

Cattivo odore proveniente dal locale di kebab posto a piano terra. Abbiamo cambiato stanza, pagando un extra, perché era insopportabile ma anche al quarto piano si sentiva cattivo odore. Molto rumoroso fino a tarda notte. Pulizia scarsa.

Hatte vergessen den Schlüssel zurückzulegen. Konnte den Schlüssel da komplett unproblematisch wieder zurückbringen und der Putzfrau direkt geben. Schnell und unkompliziert.

The location is very central, close to most of the tourist attractions.

Cons:

The insulation is not very good, and there was quite some noise from the street. There is a Döner shop on the ground floor so the whole staircase and corridor were full of the smell from it. The chair and bed were okay, but not very comfortable.

Pros:

Eine perfekte Lage, zentraler geht es nicht mehr. Ich komme für meine Aufenthalte in Nürnberg immer sehr gerne in diese Unterkunft und wurde noch nie enttäuscht.

Cons:

Die Matratzen vom Bett schieben sich etwas ungemütlich auseinander und der Bettrahmen ist sehr hart

Pros:

Great place to spend time while visiting the city. Most important things are around the apartment location. Also the bars and clubs are in abundance nearby. The Room is very clean, warm, practical.

Cons:

The beds could use a new mattress. A water bottle would be nice to have.
