A cozy, convenient stay with gracious and professional service.
Pros:

Rooms are compact, and worth the price and serves the purpose well. Breakfast was really good. They provided it as early as 7 AM that made it convenient for me to travel to my work early. Chicken stew, South Indian foods were exceptional. Biriyani (Veg) at Dinnertime was very tasty and the fragrance was unmatched.
Pool is compact and well placed on the third floor. However I couldn't use it during this short stay. It is not silent at the pool area due to the traffic noise from ground.
Staff behaviour is very courteous and graceful, this spans across all, the guards, to reception staff to restaurent staff. Brilliant team.

Cons:

The location is very close to airport, overlooking the highway and surrounded by housing colonies. No option to have a comfortavle morning walk , or no greenery around.
Tea could have been better. It is too thick and strong.

Das Restaurant war sehr gut (ausreichend und vielfältig). Das Personal im Restaurant und Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Cons:

Wenn im Festsaal eine Feier stattfindet, dann ist es auch in der Nacht sehr laut, sodass man nicht schlafen kann.
Am dritten Tag funktionierte der Roomservice nicht mehr ohne Aufforderung.

Pros:

If you want to save your nerves looking for a decent hotel near Kolkata airport - look no further. This place is an oasis. Best value for money, polite staff, very pleasant ambience. Will probably book again.

Pros:

La posizione è ottima per raggiungere l'aeroporto senza incontrare traffico, il personale è molto gentile. Il ristorante dell' hotel è buono, ci hanno aiutato a scegliere dei piatti meno piccanti rispetto allo standard indiano

Cons:

Sebbene la struttura abbia molto potenziale, alcune forniture sono rovinate e purtroppo la pulizia è assolutamente da rivedere. Le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie, la stanza non era ben pulita e ho trovato due scarafaggi ad accogliermi all' ingresso della camera. Purtroppo molte persone cenano in camera e una volta finito il pasto lasciano i vassoi nel corridoio a terra davanti alla porta, attirando ovviamente insetti vari. Se si fornisce il servizio in camera è essenziale ritirare prontamente i vassoi. Infine, la collega in viaggio con me aveva la colazione inclusa, ma dovendo lasciare la struttura molto presto aveva chiesto di averla da portar via. Al momento del checkout non è stata consegnata, ce ne siamo rese conto nella navetta e l' autista ha chiamato l' hotel. La reception ha però risposto che non avevamo la colazione inclusa, quando invece lei l' aveva nella sua prenotazione. Si saranno sicuramente confusi tra le nostre due stanze, ma di certo questo non è un servizio di alto livello.
