Amazing Staff and Hotel
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and very very helpful... especially Gladys
Pool was heated and had deep area
Breakfast was good and staff even gave us hard boiled egg when we requested
Room and bathroom were very clean

Cons:

It was around 12-14 minutes drive to the main happening area of panagsama beach
Besides this small invou... everything else was perfect

Nice hotel
Pros:

The room was lovely and the pool area was nice.
The staff were friendly and helpful
Shuttle provided into town for free

Cons:

The location wasn’t what I thought, we were pretty far from town - free shuttle was provided but only until 4:30 pm so for dinner we were kind of stuck ordering from the menus in house for delivery.
Breakfast was very basic and was promised a take away breakfast for our long travel day but was told it was forgotten that morning so was a bit disappointed as we had no other food thinking they would provide it.

Location further from main road, so bit quieter but still noisy from neighbors. Shuttle bus for the beach and services. Clean rooms and helpful staff.

Breakfast could be changing somehow daily a bit, it’s quite dull.
