Good hotel
Pros:

Such a great stay! The room was beautiful and super comfortable, April were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Honestly, everything just felt easy and enjoyable. Would definitely come back! 😄✨

One of the Best places to stay
Pros:

Strategic place to have formal meeting or leisure. You can play PADEL here too…haha.
Got the hospitality from the hotel staff, thanks to Miss Magnolia (a hotel receptionist) for the warm welcome and good communication.

Pros:

Loved my stay here! The room was super comfy and cozy, the food was seriously delicious (still thinking about it 😋), and the staff were all so friendly (April) . Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Such a lovely stay! 💖

The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed felt like my own little comfort zone 🛏️✨
The hotel atmosphere was calm and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and recharging.

Big shoutout to April, she were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Truly made a difference! 😊

And the food? So good!! Every bite was delicious, I was actually excited for every meal 🍽️😋

Definitely a place I’d come back to again. Great experience all around!

Pros:

What a stay! I came from malang to holiday in jakarta. The room was spotless and so relaxing. I felt like royalty 👑 The food was seriously next level (I may have gone back for seconds… okay, thirds 😆). And the staff? Shout out to April. Total legends, she always smiling and ready to help. 10/10 vibes, would stay again in a heartbeat!

I think once is ok. Not staying there anymore.
Pros:

I ordered the Artsy King Room but when i got there, it was full and they upgraded me to premium.
To be honest, i am grateful for the upgrade, but somehow i feel the upgrade was not very satisfactory
The room is ok, but the walls had like scratches, the working table does not seem like its a 5 star hotel table.
Also i understand its holiday season but they really need to keep the children from running in the room corridors cause it's very disturbing.- Also the windows were not very clean for us to even have a good view from our room.

Cons:

The walls, the table, and definitely the food. Ordered room service and the food was not satisfactory.
Had breakfast the next morning, also not satisfactory. Could do better.

The service issss topppp, semua staff ramah, super helpful, dan gercep banget. Bener-bener bikin stay jadi nyaman.The food? Nice banget, well prepared dan enjoyable.

Room-nya juga comfortable and spacious, super clean dan cozy, cocok buat istirahat setelah aktivitas seharian. Everything feels well taken care of.

Stayed here and lowkey obsessed. The room was hugeee, super comfy, and just perfect to chill. They also have a swimming pool and a gym, so honestly it’s giving complete stay vibes.

Service? Top tier. Food? So good, no skip. Big big thanks to Lia from the front office. she’s super kind, helpful, and always ready when you need something. Such a gem fr.

Dari awal datang langsung kerasa banget servicenya super ramah, cekatan, and very helpful. Semua staff greet with warm smile, bikin feel welcomed from the first step.

Kamarnya nyaman banget, clean, dan bikin betah. Lobby nya juga megah & classy, sore hari makin chill karena ada live music

Breakfast juga oke, variatif, and tasty.

Overall experience: 10/10 ⭐️
