Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL SUITES

We had a wonderful family staycation at Mangkuluhur ARTOTEL Suites Jakarta. We booked two connecting rooms, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient for our family.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ade from the Concierge team and Ms. Dian, the Lobby Ambassador. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to Mr. Fahri at the Front Desk.

Since my father hadn’t visited Jakarta for a long time, we requested a city view (subject to availability), and we were so happy with the beautiful view from our room. It made our stay even more special.

As this is primarily a business hotel, we stayed on a weekday, so the swimming pool was very quiet. It almost felt like we had a private pool all to ourselves, which was a lovely bonus for our family. We were also happy that the hotel has a kids’ pool with a depth of 0.6 meters, making it safe and enjoyable for our little one.

Our daughter loves cats, so we requested a cat-themed Art Mirror. We honestly didn’t expect it to be so adorable! A big thank you to Ms. Nadin and Ms. Intan from the Guest Experience team for creating such a lovely drawing. Our daughter, Cipa, absolutely loved it.

During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the bathroom sink. We contacted the operator, and Mr. Endang responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. We really appreciated the quick assistance.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The variety of food was excellent, and every staff member was friendly and attentive. We’d especially like to thank Ms. Desti and Mr. Achie for their outstanding hospitality.

Overall, we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The warm hospitality and excellent service from every department made our family feel genuinely welcomed.

Swiming pool nya bagus with city view 😍😍😍

Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of menu choices. The staff were friendly and Evelyn was especially warm and welcoming when she approached us to ask about our stay. She was very helpful and made us feel well taken care of. Overall, we had a great experience.

I had lunch with my friends at this Hotel and the food was delicious as soon as I arrived at the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the team. I also met Evelyn & Nafisah in the lobby and they were incredibly friendly welcoming. Their genuine hospitality made my visit even more enjoyable

I had a wonderful experience staying at ARTOTEL Mangkuluhur. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. The rooms are well-maintained, and the facilities are excellent.
What made my stay even more enjoyable was the outstanding service from the Front Office staff, especially Noval. He was very friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile. His excellent hospitality made me feel welcomed from check-in until check-out.

Beranda food services: The only section has amazing food services, we do not have any complains, the foods & staffs are amazing services.

Superb breakfast with super friendly staff

Good quality hotel and staff were so helpfull and friendly! thanks to Ms.Dian to assist me made my experience memorable . Besides the great buffet and a la carte there. Best breakfast ! hands down for Mangkuluhur! highly recommend for all family,couples or spend your qtime with all your friends. Room also was comfortable and so cleannn! good we love it!

Great location, great staff and the late checkout was free. Room is very quiet and the bathroom was really nice! TV could have been of higher quality but it was still fun to watch a movie on it!
