Pros:

April was amazing!... I was traveling from 10hrs away with my family and wouldnt be arriving until after 2am; April made sure to communicate with me through every step of the reservation, and room accommodation. When we arrived, getting into the hotel, and accessing our rooms was as easy as pie!

April made our stay experience easy!

Just ok. Hotel was clean.
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Bathroom needed a few updates. A/c button was broken so couldn’t control temp. Property could definitely use some attention. I realize the restaurant is closed but they should dispose of some of the equipment sitting outside. We sat at the picnic table out back and had a cocktail because nothing was open when we arrived. It wasn’t pretty. Could use a nice outside area to relax. The hotel is on a very busy loud street. The bottle recycling is right across the street and the scrap metal and dump is down the street. Starts very early in the morning. If you want a nice quiet place I wouldn’t recommend it.

Great for a one-night stay in Millinocket.
Pros:

We found the room to be clean and comfortable. Obviously there aren’t many options when staying in the area, but parking and the overall location was great.

Cons:

From the outside, this place looks a little sketchy and desolate. As others have mentioned, there is only a doorknob lock on the door. I might not pick this place if I was traveling alone.

Pros:

Room was bigger and in better condition than expected. Housekeeping did a great job. Super easy check in and check out.

Cons:

Only complaint is that the towel left as a bath mat was very clearly stained.

Pros:

I came up with family to stay for the weekend, and the accommodations were extremely comfortable and convenient for the weekend’s activities. Staff was communicative about a late check-in. The room was spacious and decor is classic - nothing flashy or fancy, but kept extremely clean.

Cons:

The walls were pretty thin for sound insulation (which I had read on prior reviews). You just had to be more considerate of voice and tv volume.

Brief but satisfactory
Cons:

No reception, we had to call someone and wait to get access to our room. The main door to the hotel was obviously never locked and had a sign on it saying ‘not locked, just stiff, push hard’ meaning it was open all night for anyone to just wander in.
