Pros:

The location is great, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets .

Cons:

Didn't have a lift, but the staff were very willing to assist with our bags, thank you so much.

We were very pleased.
Pros:

The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous. The hotel is within walking distance of bus stops, the ferry terminal, the metro station, and the airport shuttle bus stops. If you're looking for a breath of fresh sea air and the Bosphorus, it's a 5-minute walk. There are also restaurants serving home-cooked meals nearby, as well as well-known fast food chains. You'll also find plenty of supermarkets around the hotel. If you're driving, there are several paid parking lots around the hotel. Our room and the hotel as a whole met all our expectations. We were comfortable in the room. Wi-Fi was quite good. The room, and especially the bathroom, were very clean. The linens used were laundered and clean. My friend and I were extremely satisfied. We would choose this hotel again and recommend it.

Localização muito boa, mas o silencio é prejudicado pelo chão de madeira.

O anuncio deveria comunicar que os quartos são em madeira(chão e teto), onde os hospedes de outros quartos fazem barulhos quando andam e falam.

Localisation

Cons:

J ai demande si on pouvait faire le nettoyage, on m a repondu a Istanbul on ne nettoie pas les chambres. MDR. Sur les 4 nuits, ils m ont juste refait le lit et un autre jour apres avoir demande, (forcé) me changer les linges.
