Pros:

5 Star service
Spacious

Staffs are highly trained and goes beyond to satisfy customers.

Big thanks to the Reception staffs especially to Selina.
Shuttle driver was also very approchable.

Japanese Restaurant beside was fantastic, good food with reasonable prices!

Cons:

Lobby missing a place where you can put your handbag while checking in or checking out.

Have been staying at Astoria since 2017. Highly recommend it for location, value and a great staff!
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. Outstanding location close to Mega Mall and Shangrila Mall.

Cons:

2of the 3 elevators were down for maintenance. Seems to me you would do that on a weekday, not a busy weekend.

Good Value for Money Hotel Suite
Pros:

The outstanding staff, good value for money for a spacious 1 bedroom suite, and very good breakfast buffet that had a wide variety of western and local options

Cons:

The unusual abundance of wait staff standing around in the small breakfast restaurant which was quite uncomfortable

Definitely a worthwhile stay.
Pros:

Astoria's staff were the friendliest group of people amongst all the hotels we stayed all over the world. Everyone is always smiling and courteous, very helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Cons:

Nothing much, just a little dated on some appliances like the airconditioner and the bath tub. They are not bad, just a little dated.
