A beautiful, modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and a lovely forest path leading straight to the beach.
Pros:

The location of Sunrise Ureki is absolutely fantastic. It is a beachfront property with a beautiful, small pine forest sitting right between the hotel and the beach, as seen in image.png. Walking through those green trees to get to the black magnetic sands of Ureki adds a wonderfully peaceful, natural vibe to the stay.
The hotel building itself is modern, clean, and features nice balconies for catching the sea breeze.
What truly made our stay special, however, was the personnel. The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, always greeting you with a smile and helping out with any requests immediately. Excellent Georgian hospitality!

Cons:

Nothing major—everything met our expectations perfectly for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Хороший подъезд, парковка для авто, быстро заселили. В номере всё необходимое, маленькая кухня на балконе с необходимой посудой, холодильник с морозилкой, кровать, вместительный шкаф, стол. Во дворе есть принадлежности для барбекю, у хозяев можно заказать питание. Доступна стирка.

Cons:

Не могу сказать что это минусы, просто нюансы, которые нужно учитывать: Удалённость от магазинов и какой - либо инфраструктуры, на пляже нет ничего, ни туалетов, ни кабинок, ни шезлонгов, людей в целом тоже нет (июнь). Море после дождей было грязное, на пляж вынесло много веток и мусора, но как будто убирают. В номере перьевые подушки и довольно жёсткие матрасы.

Pros:

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It is an incredibly quiet and cozy place where you can fully unwind and escape the city noise. Beautiful, lush woods stretch right in front of the hotel, providing not only stunning views but also amazingly fresh air.
The spotless cleanliness of the hotel deserves special mention—everything is sparkling and well-maintained. As for the staff, they are incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, doing everything possible to ensure our comfort. Thank you so much for such wonderful hospitality, we will definitely be back!
