Los espacios del hotel como pasillos, salas de estar tenían un lindo aspecto

Café de muy baja calidad y azúcar como si hubiese estado húmeda
En el baño el frasco de shampoo faltaba rellenarlo
La habitación no tenía toallas al momento del ingreso, y al pedirlas o cambiarlas las entregaban con recelo
El colchón de cama estaba en mal estado
El dormitorio no contaba con luz natural

Lamentablemente tube un pequeño accidente en la habitación con la base de la cama que una parte queda expuesta y no se logra ver ya que está tapada con la funda de la sabana , el real problema que fue me golpeo fuerte y que me ocasionó una herida y al momento de llamar para recepción no hubo respuesta tube que baje y pedír un kit de primeros auxilios ya que el corte era un poco profundo y salía arta sangre , yo no portaba con nada ni un parche curitas , y en recepción tampoco ni un botiquín de primeros auxilios tenían , el cual me parece una falta grave para cualquier tipo de accidente que pueda ocurrir, ya que no cuenta ni siquiera con una gasa o un parche de curita básico , el cual la niña en recepción intento buscar y apenas encontró una sutura y viendo ella como tenía sangre en mi pierna , al final sentí como que se burló de mi cuando le comenté que como es posible que no tenga lo básico como un kit de emergencia, me sentí un poco molesta por su respuesta diciendo que eso no es problema de ella , que ella no tenía nada que ver y lo entiendo pero ella es la cara visible en ese momento, al día siguiente yo amanecí con la pierna un poco inchada y adolorida ya que sólo pude limpiarme con agua y confort , solo espero que tomen en consideración mi situación ya que es un mínimo de lo básico que deben tener en un hotel para tantos pasajeros , lamentablemente siempre que viajaba me quedaba allí pero lo más probable que ya no vuelva, me fui muy decepcionada

Las personas que nos atendieron en especial el persinal que nos sirvió desayuno y la recepcionista en horario de tarde muy simpáticos.

Cons:

The theme is black and white checkered. Ideal to lose your things. Elevator doors are painted with the same color as the room doors. Everything is confusing in this hotel. Wifi does not work in the rooms. Only in the corridor near the elevator or near the reception. The staff knows it but let you search through the many networks. None of them is working fine. Also the ac was not working and the varnish reeks a chemical smell. I don t usually leave a comment but that place really stressed me beyond belief. The soft price does not justify the stress that place gave me.
