Pros:

The room is beautiful, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good with some local flavours.

Cons:

The only downside is that the property is located not so closed to the historical town and you need to use some narrow and winding streets to reach it out. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is very safe!

Cons:

Глухой переулок! Отсутствие халатов. И очень скудный завтрак. Пример; одна сосиска поделена на 10 частей и немого брокколи для красоты!
Советую кушать в другом месте.

Pros:

We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were warmly welcomed by Kareem, who kindly accommodated our early arrival and even provided complimentary breakfast. The reception staff were consistently helpful and attentive throughout our stay, especially Buxteyar and Kareem, who went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the location was great, within walking distance of many attractions, with easy access to taxis just a two-minute walk to the main road.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Hotel and would highly recommend it!

Pros:

The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout our entire stay. We received such a warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — we loved it! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. If I ever visit again, this will definitely be the only place I’ll stay. Highly recommended!

La struttura è bella e vicino al centro. Lo staff eccezionale ci è venuto incontro per qualsiasi esigenza compreso il check out alle 15.00. Bakhtiyov è stato il punto forte dell'accoglienza, parla benissimo inglese ed è molto professionale. La doccia super e la colazione molto buona.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, в 5 минутах от Ляби Хаус - основной достопримечательности в Бухаре, и соответсвенно ко всем туристическим местам, ресторанам и магазинчикам. Номер чистый, не большой, но и не маленький, все в номере есть, персонал очень приветливый, помогал во всем.

Cons:

Можно было бы улучшить завтраки и наличие питания для вегетарианцев и веганов. Наличие безлактозного или альтернативного молока, овощи, фрукты и зелень.
А также было бы отлично сделать место на крыше для проведения времени или общения с друзьями.

Великолепный уютный отель!
Pros:

Отель оформлен с исключительным вкусом, в национальной стиле, очень комфортный, чистый. Персонал безупречно вежливый и готовый выполнить любую просьбу. Заселялись поздно ночью и уезжали ранним утром - неизменная вежливость администратора и доброжелательность. Заботливо приготовили завтрак в контейнерах взять с собой в дорогу. Хочется вернуться и остановиться подольше!

Cons:

Можно было бы ввести ещё один тариф для оплаты - раннее/ позднее заселение, который был бы частью основного тарифа. Мы платили за 2 полноценных суток, а в реальности это были одни сутки и ещё полночи с ранним выездом.
В номере, очень красивом и уютном, при входе стоит обувница, на которую можно удобно поставить сумку. Но стены светлые! Хочется защитить зону на стене, так как обязательно запачкается - не все люди аккуратны.
Можно было бы еще в каждый номер добавить утюг и небольшую гладильную доску. Все хотят гулять по прекрасной Бухаре красивыми, а в чемоданах и сумках одежда мнется!
