The service at the hotel was very good, we bought watermelons and he cut them for us.We really enjoyed the ambience of the hotel.

Everything is clean, personnel is super polite and welcoming, always available at reception. Location is exceptional, all main landmarks are 5-10 minutes away on feet.

The hotel has a very cosy and welcoming interior, and the ceiling details in the rooms were particularly impressive. We were upgraded to a larger room on the ground floor, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the kitchen team also provided excellent service. Breakfast was served buffet-style with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes.
The hotel is located within the old city, making it convenient to explore many of the nearby attractions on foot. However, due to the narrow alleyways surrounding the property, taxis are unable to access the hotel entrance directly. As a result, guests should be prepared for a short walk to the nearest pickup point.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, with comfortable accommodation, good service, and an excellent location for exploring the old city.

Отличный новый отель: чистый, уютный, в стиле Бухары и при этом рядом с центром.
Но самое главное-персонал. Бехруз, Бахтиер, Акрам- внимательные, чуткие, приветливые и очень доброжелательные ребята. Пошли навстречу с ранним и поздним заселением, подсказали интересные места для экскурсии и хорошие рестораны. Отличные завтраки!!!

Charming, clean, old town feel but super hygienic

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the sites you would want to visit. We stayed here 2 nights instead of 3 as our plans changed. It was not possible to make that change in the app directly, but the hotel staff was accommodating and helped us out. They also arranged a transfer to Khiva for us at the same price as Yandex. The staff was helpful and very respectful. When we arrived at the hotel in scorching heat and I offered to pay for the room, the person at reception said "you can pay anytime, take rest first". Honestly, I haven't experienced such kind behaviour at hotels ever! It's the little things that matter. Highly recommended.

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers op centrale locatie. Het ligt wat verstopt in een steegje maar alles was goed te belopen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en prima ontbijt.
