Pros:

Отличный новый отель: чистый, уютный, в стиле Бухары и при этом рядом с центром.
Но самое главное-персонал. Бехруз, Бахтиер, Акрам- внимательные, чуткие, приветливые и очень доброжелательные ребята. Пошли навстречу с ранним и поздним заселением, подсказали интересные места для экскурсии и хорошие рестораны. Отличные завтраки!!!

Pros:

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the sites you would want to visit. We stayed here 2 nights instead of 3 as our plans changed. It was not possible to make that change in the app directly, but the hotel staff was accommodating and helped us out. They also arranged a transfer to Khiva for us at the same price as Yandex. The staff was helpful and very respectful. When we arrived at the hotel in scorching heat and I offered to pay for the room, the person at reception said "you can pay anytime, take rest first". Honestly, I haven't experienced such kind behaviour at hotels ever! It's the little things that matter. Highly recommended.

personel çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlü. önüne kadar araç girişi yok sadece, taksiyle gidildiğinde 50 metre geride iniyorsunuz. ama sorun değil. odalar tertemiz.

民家がある地区にあるので、まわりには何もなく夜は薄暗い。
道が狭くホテル前までタクシーで行かれない。
冷蔵庫が壊れていた。

Mooi hotel op gunstige locatie.
Pros:

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers op centrale locatie. Het ligt wat verstopt in een steegje maar alles was goed te belopen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en prima ontbijt.

Cons:

De wifi was soms wat zwak.

Мы в отеле провели 2 ночи. Отель находится внутри старого квартале в центре города. Отель новый, имеет внутренний дворик, все окна выходят в этот двор. Отель выполнен в восточном стиле. Очень теплое отношение к гостям отеля и администрации и персонала . к шведский стол с большим выбором блюд. Огромная благодарность хозяину гостиницы Бахтияру. Завтрак шведский стол с большим выбором блюд. Очень хороший отель, рекоменлуем.

Ein schönes Hotel wo man wirklich buchen kann
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Lage sehr perfekt. Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt , wo alle touristischen Attraktionen sind. Ein wirklich schönes kleines Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Es gab wenig Auswahl und für Vegetarier ist es eine Herausforderung, da vieles mit Fleisch war. Mehr vegetarische Auswahl wäre wünschenswert.
