Located at a place with great connectivity
Room cost and facilities
Nice small apartment. Very close to the Baner commercial area. It is in a busy area, so all required things are around. Restaurants, bars, medical stores, barber shops, etc. Provided breakfast as well (limited options).

Location was good. Clean and neat.
Service is very poor. They took 1.5 hours to deliver breakfast. Staff needs to be reminded again and again for service.
