Everything was upto the point.

we finally used the accommodation because it was late and our last night in armenia. The lady from the hotel claimed that she tried to contact us 5 hours earlier to inform us that one of the rooms was unavailable under the pretext of renovation, which was not true. instead of a standard room, she proposed an economy room, which looked like a broom room without a bathroom, and unsecured cables were sticking out of the wall by the bed. it's a shame that they proposed something like that. finally, after our disappointment, they proposed accommodation in a hotel opposite which differed from the previously booked standard, but it was a more luxury compared to the original proposed change.

Everything Unorganized. I asked for another room cause of cochroaches and they gave me one the NEXT day WITHOUT windows NO refrigerator and NO aircondition ☠️ but it had a broken fan👎
The 3rd day I returned 16:00 and they didn't changed the towels yet...
Extra..?? The booking price was 146 € and they asked 152€ and they gave me NO Receipt..👀

First, I advise you to look at the reviews for this place on other platforms, including a very popular maps app - many many people have the same experience of the hotel giving a fake excuse shortly before the reservation and either refusing to let them stay, asking them to stay in a worse room for the same price, or forcing them to pay much more for a better room.
Two hours before my flight to Armenia, they sent me a message on this website telling me there is a water problem and asking ME to cancel the reservation. This is the first sign something is not right - why would they ask me to cancel it if they needed to cancel? When I arrived (I did not cancel), the man at the front desk told me he had no reservation. When I showed him my confirmation, he looked at the messages they sent me and only then did he say "oh yes, there's a problem with the water." Obviously if there was a water problem in the hotel that's the first thing he would have said to me when I arrived. Ultimately he directed me to another hotel nearby, and it was terrible.

The receptionist (a boy) was rather rude. He informed me that their card reader was broken and that I had to pay in cash instead of by card. I was given a room on the very top floor of the hotel, with no elevator access. The room itself had no window, a tiny bathroom, and a shower without a screen or curtain. Furthermore, there was no bedside lamp. I was not satisfied with my stay and would not return

The original room we booked, was not ready. The beds were a big mess and the room dirty. We have to up grade. We arrived at 17:00, very tired, after a long day, crossing the border from Georgia. We have to go out, towels were not dry, we have to way until, late at night, to have a shower. We got the towels at 21:00, after asking 4 times.

I was informed on the day of my arrival that the room I booked didn't actually have any window and if I wanted to "upgrade" to a similar type of room, but with windows, I had to pay an extra amount (n.b. the hotel only accepts payment by cash).
Even though in all the rooms' description you can read that there's a "garden/courtyard view", not all the rooms are actually provided with a window!! What they mean is that "when you open the door of your room, you can see the garden" (n.b. indoor garden, you can see a picture of it among the others).
It seems that many people had to face this issue due to this misleading information.
So, please PLEASE PLEASE, if you decide to book a room in this hotel, be careful on what you are choosing.

The room provided was significantly undersized for accommodating two beds, leaving very limited space for movement or comfort. There were no additional amenities in the room beyond the beds themselves. Furthermore, the bathroom and toilet facilities had serious technical issues, and basic hygiene items such as soap and shampoo were not provided. Additionally, the hotel management requested that I cancel my reservation in order to avoid paying commission to the booking platform, which I found to be unprofessional. It is also worth noting that the hotel's actual name differed from the one listed on the booking site, which may cause confusion or mistrust among guests.
