Can’t rate above zero as hotel booked me out to another hotel which was 30min drive away. They had overbooked and I was last to turn up so no room for me! They dealt with the situation as best they could but nothing can compensate for being told there’s no rooms available.

A customer delight experience
Pros:

The front desk staff truly set the tone from the moment I arrived. Both Astt MGR Ojaswini & Ruchika were warm , courteous , professional and responsive . They anticipated my need and responded with promptness and grace — making me feel valued . The value they add make us repeat customers.
A special mention to the chef Johny dabre who added a memorable dimension to my stay. I am Allergic to chillies . He customised dishes and helped me with my meals .
Experiences like these are what make a stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend . Overall a customer delight experience.

Very good stay overall, would love to visit again!
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and very well designed, the breakfast spread with the live flute music was really good

Cons:

Complimentary high tea can be provided; a few more events for the guests can be organised. Also the view from the room was average

Poor Breakfast Service
Pros:

Breakfast service was very very poor. Couldn't get our order on time and we left without eating breakfast!! No supervisor available to handle our complaints!!
