Fab location, fab hotel, we will be back
Pros:

Proximity to the airport. The warm welcome and attention to detail from the staff

Cons:

Took 30 mins at afternoon tea to get a cup of tea. Service was slow and that came as a surprise because everything else was amazing

Pros:

The infrastructure, the interiors.

Cons:

It’s not being maintained well. Overtime the interiors/infrastructure will deteriorate. In addition, the restaurant quality has gone down. The dishes ( the stacked plates at various locations) kept for morning breakfast weren’t clean. It was appalling to see this at a 5 star restaurant.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable et bien insonorisée malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. Merci pour les petites attentions et la l'accueil chaleureux de Ishwari ala réception
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment délicieux avec du choix selon vos goûts. Le Chef Jonhy et son equipe ont été aux petits soins avec nous.

J'aurai aimé avec avoir un canapé lit depliable mais la literie est vraiment confortable

The perfect stay for domestic flights.
Pros:

First the location - a short walk to the domestic terminal. The rooms are huge and great facilities . Food was delicious and service terrific.

Luxurious and spacious with attentive staff.
Pros:

The twin room had two queen sized beds and the room itself was so spacious that we felt like we were not crowding each other at all. The bathroom had two sinks so we could spread our stuff out and not interfere with each other's 'zones'. The shower was luxurious and spacious also. There was so much room for all our luggage, lots of plug points. There was a bar next to the main dining area that provided a great space to relax and unwind, and the staff were extremely friendly. I particularly liked the woven coasters provided with my Hoegaarden.

Cons:

There must have been a conference at the time because the private lounge which we indulged in one day, was mostly full of businessman, also the snacks laid out were nothing special. There were no tiny sandwiches I had hoped for. The view was great but the atmosphere lacked. I'd stick to the main bar!
