Pros:

Location is comfortable and approach is good.
Staff is co operative.

Cons:

Cleanliness is a serious issue. The people cleaning and whipping the rooms washed their floor mop in the same bucket which is given to the lodgers. Yukkk. So filthy and disgusting

Pros:

Staff is very co-operative. The place around the hotel is not that good however hotel's location is very convenient (just opposite the sector 43 bus stand and because it is located at the junction of Mohali and chandigarh both the cities are very much approachable)

Cons:

The surrounding are not good. You can just stay, the hotel does not cook and serve food. However you can order from swiggy/ Zomato.

Pros:

It was comfortable to stay with a easy access to the city

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned daily. I stayed there for 7 days however my room was cleaned only 3 times that also upon my request. The reception staff was co-operative especially Mr Sambhav ( shambhoo). He always attended the guests with a smiling face and was quick to respond to the requests and needs of all the guests

Good but missing a few things
Pros:

Its actually very functional. You have the bed, restroom, tv, and even a desk with chairs. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and fairly spacious. Best parts are the low nightly rate and proximity to ISBT 43

Cons:

Toilet was leaking so I had to keep shutting off the water supply to it. Toilet lacked a water nozzle and tissue paper. Can be quite noisy outside, was woken up by a random festival or by people shouting. Only one working socket and it was nowhere near the desk..

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

They initially gave us a room with a carpet full of footprints. Even the wall paint is falling off. Very dirty 🤮. Then they shifted us to a different room. Both rooms were smelling like cigarettes. The bed was not clean. There were food crumbs all over. No doormat. So the floor is very dirty after using the bathroom. When we were checking out, the staff changed our phone number and entry to a totally different customer.
