It was a wonderful family gathering they were very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and is near many places to visit. Had a great time with my family- I would highly recommend it .

The ac is on our head,,and the beach and pool very big different and like we are eating dinner the Alarm fire to shock i don't know what we gonna do because it's 16 floor

Staff is rude even on the phone.
Took us to call 4 times before they bring lacking towels. We booked 4 guest, but towels only 2. Overall they are not responsive to the guests' needs. They have kitchen but no kitchen stuff like pots, plates, spoon/fork etc.
