Not happy at all by our stay. Were glad to get out and had more work outside instead of staying in.
Pros:

The only positive thing was the location - variety of shops, cafes and restaurants
nearby. Also, there was an elevator in the building and it was working perfectly fine.

Cons:

1. LOCATION:
Even though I said that the apartment’s location was good because of the numerous shops, cafes
and restaurants around - the estimated location was TOTALLY different. We specifically chose this
host because the location shown on Booking.com was perfect and the closest to the place which
me and my wife had to visit often during our stay BUT shortly before our arrival we received a new
completely different location which was at least 1km away from the other one.
2. INTERIOR:
When we entered the apartment we were disappointed once again because what we saw didn’t
meet our expectations AT ALL. The host DID NOT mention that the pictures are from several
different apartments. We were expecting a big SMART TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. as
DESCRIBED but what we got was a lot smaller one that definitely DID NOT have any of the listed
features. The kitchen was not equipped enough either - a simple spatula was not in sight, neither
was a normal pan. Also, the pots seemed old and used way too many times. :/
The placement of almost every appliance was another misunderstanding related to the whole
experience there - the oven was under the countertop (NOT built-in, by the way) and there was
NOT a single socket nearby to plug it in so we had to remove the microwave from the countertop
and put the oven there. :)
3. CLEANLINESS:
I don’t even know where to start. The WHOLE kitchen was filthy. Every cupboard was dirty and
covered in something sticky! The stickiness WAS NOT missing on the stove’s cable either. :) My
wife was DISGUSTED when she had to touch it to plug it in. This was not the only problem with
the stove though. When I lifted the whole stove to turn it around (its plug couldn’t reach the socket
the way it was placed), the abomination UNDER IT left us with no words. Just keep in mind that
you are supposed to COOK in this place. Another important information you should know is the
TERRIBLE SMELL that came from the bathroom EVERY SINGLE MORNING.

Pros:

tout commerce à proximité... alimentation..fruits des légumes, boulangerie. ..le métro a 10 minutes ..les stations de bus a proximité..le calme de l' appartement et la vie d Istambul..je recommande vivement. L hôte merveilleux..vous cherchez un lieu incontournable et convivial..prenez cet appartement.

Excelente alojamiento!
Pros:

El trato del responsable no podía ser mejor, al llegar estabamos medio perdidos y él bajó a buscarnos a la vuelta de la esquina; la zona es ideal! Es una calle principal llena de locales donde puedes encontrar de todo. La persona que nos recibió, muy amablemente nos explicó donde comer mejor, incluso bajó con nosotros para enseñarnos unos cuantos sitios buenos para visitar.
El apartamento es estupendamente cómodo y limpio, más espacioso de lo que imaginaba, muy bien cuidado incluso tiene una zona para fumadores.
Al ser una calle principal de shopping hay mucho movimiento de gente continuamente, aún así dormimos como bebés.
Me sentí super cómoda e indudablemente volvería 🫶🏽🙏🏽

Pros:

Very good location for those who need the Asian side of Istanbul. There is a metro station 50 meters away, the street is mostly pedestrian and there are many shops, restaurants, cafes. All services are available on site. It is safe, the area is often patrolled by police. It's a nice, clean apartment, the owner is very communicative and always tries to help you.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Appartement spacieux et propre, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin à disposition. On s’y sens comme à la maison.
L’appartement est également très bien situé.
L’hôte est très serviable et réactif.
Pensez juste à prendre une e-sim telle que Airalo avant votre arrivée.
Je recommande cet appartement.

Pros:

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment and had a very pleasant experience overall. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized. The Owner was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more comfortable.

The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Owner was really nice and helpful, and the comfort of the bed ensured a good night’s sleep. The hotel facilities were also well kept and easy to access.

The location is another big advantage, as it is convenient for Metro and Local transport and close to key areas. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Sauber, Perfekt und würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen ☺️
Pros:

Die Wohnung war sehr groß und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Metro Station war genau gegenüber und man war innerhalb von 30 Minuten auf der europäischen Seite. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Tabakladen, Restauranty, Bäckerei alles in der näheren Umgebung. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl bis vor die Haustür. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich ☺️ hat auch zwischendurch gefragt ob wir noch was benötigen und wenn wir Hilfe brauchten war er sofort zur Stelle. Check-in und Check-out lief einwandfrei. Preis/Leistung war top 👍 ich würde dort jederzeit wieder buchen
