Never again.
Pros:

Convenient location due to work

Cons:

Reception locked had to wait for someone to come out from the pub. All furnishings are very old and outdated. Towels were not changed, bins were not emptied each day. Thankfully I had ear plugs as it is a very noisy area.

Cons:

To be honest I have absolutely nothing negative to say. This is at least the third time I have stayed here and won't be my last that's a fact.

The bar staff were friendly

Everything, the check in was a crappy experience, the room is extremely dated, no water pressure, very little hot water, mouldy bathroom, broken hairdryer.

Very dissatisfied with our overnight stay when we had had such a stressful horrible day. Made it just that much worse.
Pros:

It was nice and close to the Logan City Hospital to visit my son and my other son’s brother and to be close by when he passed away yesterday afternoon on the 28/11/2025

Cons:

The room had clearly not been cleaned properly, especially behind the beds and bedside tables. Ceiling in bathroom mouldy and shower tiles grubby. Room nothing like we had looked at on the website and very outdated. Bed uncomfortable and rolled away from the wall . Very disappointed for the money we paid for it. Way over priced and it’s sad that at a time you just want to go back to a nice clean and relaxing place to put your feet up after a traumatic day at the hospital with your son who is about to pass away, you have no choice but to pay that sort of money for accommodation.

Woeful accommodation, the food downstairs was great. Would not stay here again.
Pros:

The food downstairs was excellent. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The beds were awful, the aircon barely cooled the room. The bathroom was full of mould.
