Pros:

Polite staff, room was ready during checking but tea maker, towel was not there(only one), tv channel were not working, seems room didn't operative, so room freshner I have to request, but within 10 minutes all request fulfilled, so very happy to note that all staff is realy prompt in service. Check in checkout very smooth.
Request to keep naphthalene balls or toilet freshener in toilets.
