A good hotel but a bit disorganized
Pros:

Rooms were spacious enough for our family (two connecting rooms with separate bathrooms). Parking is included in the room price. The hotel is located close to a Lidl supermarket which makes it convenient. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are sound proof. The person who welcomed us was also very kind and attentive. But…

Cons:

We chose this hotel because we wanted to have a good breakfast before leaving for Plitvice Lakes National Park. However, when we arrived, the person at the reception told us that a proper breakfast would only be available at 11:00 (apparently the chef was on holiday or something similar). As an alternative, we were told that croissants and coffee could be served from 6:30 (we opted for this second option).
When we woke up around 8:00 the next morning, however, nobody was available to serve us breakfast (not even the alternative option). When we asked about it, the woman at the reception did not seem to know about the arrangement. She called the manager (or owner) and was instructed to buy some pastries for us.
There were also some very kind and helpful Nepali employees who did their best to assist us, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, the overall experience felt somewhat stressful and disorganized.
