La ubicación está excelente, el precio está muy bien para lo que ofrece

Le logement etait propre et confortable. Il est boen situé, proche des commodités et on peut rejoindre le centre ville a pied. Bouteilles d eau a l arrivée. Accueil très sympathique.

Que pudimos estar juntas 2 familias en la misma casa . Las habitaciones están una al lado de la otra. La ubicación es buena.

Nos gustó la atención, siempre pendientes a cualquier información solicitada.

Cerca de soriana y ADO,muchas tiendas y puntos para comer.
Recomendación en el ventilador no estaba sujeto al techo preferimos no prenderlo,pero el aire acondicionado estaba en buenas condiciones

Excelente si buscas donde quedarte durante las noches, hay cerca tiendas de conveniencias donde puedes comprar cosillas pero un poco alejado de las playas, es tranquilo el vencidario!

I'd like to improve a bit the pressure in the shower for my next visit. Rather change the showerhead to have a better performance.

Perhaps to have a look in the boiler system because sometimes how it was warming up the water waa unsustainable.

A great place rest our heads for two nights after arriving from Vancouver. Restaurants are close by as is the ADO station and Sorianas. Quiet street, comfortable bed, wonderful little balcony to watch daily life go by.
The only thing I wish the accommodation had was kettle or a coffee maker.
Our host met us in person to welcome us and show us how the locks worked etc.
I recommend this property and would book again!

All the basics were great (beds, shower, bathroom, furniture), a great bonus is the mini-fridge so one can be a bit more self-reliant in terms of food and drinks. Great location (far enough from downtown but close enough to walk), a great place to eat one block away (delicious tlayudas, tacos, etc.) and a few other eating options; also a small "tiendita" two blocks away. A couple things I would've liked are: 1. contact with a person upon arrival -or at some point soon after- to establish a way to communicate, like to request an extra towel; once we figured that out, they were very responsive. 2. A few kitchen implements, like a cutting board and a few dishes and cups. That would make it so much more practical without too much output. Overall a good place for the price.

Excelente ubicación, amplio, cómodo y limpio

Cannot beat the location, we were able to walk to the beach (~35 mins), downtown (~15 mins) and the grocery store (~5 mins) easily. Beds are comfortable, A/C and internet worked well, bathroom was fairly clean. Host was reachable via WhatsApp and was very helpful with questions we had regarding transportation for our trip when leaving.

Large apartment in a quiet location. Conveniently located 200metres from Ado bus terminal and 100 metres from a large supermarket. Taxi to the local beaches are 80-100 pesos and takes 10 minutes. Good close restaurants with inexpensive local food.
