Avoid hotel

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, the TV does not work at all - the apps jiostar disconnects every 5 minutes as the Internet connection is lost, YouTube is the same. I called 5 times for this issue and no one was able to assist. The Aircon does not work to its full capacity and does not cool the room efficiently. There was only body lotion provided, not even toothpaste was available. The shower goes half one side and half the other so the whole bathroom was soaking wet. Your breakfast staff was only one person for so many people, the toast was burnt the options were limited and the service took too long for anything to be ordered.
The staff especially what looked like management on the night of my stay were most unhelpful, and could not understand basic English and when I spoke in hindi they ignored me.
This does not even deserve 1 star review, appalling customer service and service overall

Hotel was neat and quick checkin was swift, rooms were neat. Staff were polite and location next to airport was awesome, many eateries around the hotel as well.
