Pros:

Bon hôtel bien placé dans le centre-ville, avec une grande chambre propre et confortable.

Juste à côté d'un 7-Eleven et proche de tous, bars, restaurants, plages…

Cons:

Prix un peu cher, en fait je vais souvent dans un hôtel proche de même qualité, mais moins cher, et qui était complet.

Pros:

Central location, clean and spacious rooms, simple unfussy checkin. There is an elevator, and a pool, which I didn't use.
Many ATMs and banks and all kinds of services around. Night market is a 10 minute walk. Songthaews that will take you around the city stop on the main street, just around the corner.
I didn't experience any rudeness from the staff, on the contrary. It's a basic accommodation with a great location and it fits the purpose.
Slightly overpriced.

Cons:

Sparsely furnished rooms, no nightstands by the bed.
Too many warnings "we will not be responsible for anything..." etc. It's not like we're in some crime ridden neighborhood, it's Hua Hin, a stale Thai seaside resort for farangs

Pleasant but very basic.
Pros:

Bed was comfy enough. Staff were nice. Location is excellent.

Cons:

Price of the rooms is way too high. Two bottles of water when you arrive then only one a day after the first day. It's a very basic hotel for what I paid.

Nice but...
Pros:

Great large room with good shower, TV and comfy bed. Balcony also helped!

Cons:

Would have given more stars had any of the staff been in anyway smiley or helpful.....they could not have cared less. I would stay again but there are many other options locally with better staff.

A bit overpriced for standard of hotel
Pros:

Good sized room and an excellent location. Short walk to beach, bar area and night market.
Good aircon, very quiet room.

Cons:

Cockroaches in room - 3 seen in 7 night stay.
Very poor shower - weak and inconsistent temperature.

Don’t go near the place!! Filthy dump

Cons:

The place was absolutely filthy. There was black mould in the bedroom and bathroom. The terrace had nothing but a spoon, a few cigarette bits and covered in bird droppings. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in an age. There’s was closed to zero internet. It was just an atrocious experience.
