Very good and the price was right @ 1500 Baht / night
Pros:

Location is perfect for the beach which is 400m straight down the street also excellent for the nightlife in Walking Street 350m. The outside of the hotel doesn't look great but the room was big and clean with a very good bathroom. Didn't try breakfast but i never do hotel breakfast.

Pros:

Bon hôtel bien placé dans le centre-ville, avec une grande chambre propre et confortable.

Juste à côté d'un 7-Eleven et proche de tous, bars, restaurants, plages…

Cons:

Prix un peu cher, en fait je vais souvent dans un hôtel proche de même qualité, mais moins cher, et qui était complet.

Pros:

Central location, clean and spacious rooms, simple unfussy checkin. There is an elevator, and a pool, which I didn't use.
Many ATMs and banks and all kinds of services around. Night market is a 10 minute walk. Songthaews that will take you around the city stop on the main street, just around the corner.
I didn't experience any rudeness from the staff, on the contrary. It's a basic accommodation with a great location and it fits the purpose.
Slightly overpriced.

Cons:

Sparsely furnished rooms, no nightstands by the bed.
Too many warnings "we will not be responsible for anything..." etc. It's not like we're in some crime ridden neighborhood, it's Hua Hin, a stale Thai seaside resort for farangs

Overall great location, could be a little cleaner for my taste.

That is couldn't keep ac on when not in the room, ac wasn't best.

Pleasant but very basic.
Pros:

Bed was comfy enough. Staff were nice. Location is excellent.

Cons:

Price of the rooms is way too high. Two bottles of water when you arrive then only one a day after the first day. It's a very basic hotel for what I paid.

Nice but...
Pros:

Great large room with good shower, TV and comfy bed. Balcony also helped!

Cons:

Would have given more stars had any of the staff been in anyway smiley or helpful.....they could not have cared less. I would stay again but there are many other options locally with better staff.
