A very positive surprise
Pros:

Classic location well maintained in the countryside almost 30 Min.far from San Sebastián. Crew super friendly and professional. A relaxing place perfect to spend 2-3 nights

Zauberhaftes sehr gut erhalten und gepflegtes Hotel

Wunderschönes Hotel mit großem kulturellem Bezug zum Baskenland. Sehr sauber und gepflegt mit freundlichem Personal. Große Zimmer, modernes Bad mit historischem Charme. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Hotel. Jederzeit wieder !

Mucho encanto pero ningún descanso
Pros:

El hotel tiene mucho encanto por su arquitectura y decoración, pero presenta importantes déficits en lo que debería ser un alojamiento pensado para descansar.

Cons:

El principal problema, en mi experiencia, ha sido el colchón: extremadamente duro, hasta el punto de hacer imposible el descanso. Es una pena que un hotel con tanto encanto descuide un aspecto tan básico y determinante para la experiencia del huésped.

También hay que tener precaución en el baño, ya que la baldosa resulta muy resbaladiza aun sin estar mojada.

Otro aspecto claramente mejorable es la gestión del parking. Realicé la reserva a través de Booking contando con que el alojamiento disponía de aparcamiento. Sin embargo, al llegar a las 23:30, me indicaron que las plazas no se reservan y que el parking es de uso compartido con los clientes del restaurante, por lo que en ese momento estaba completo. La alternativa que me ofrecieron fue aparcar en un parking cercano, en una zona sin acondicionar.

Después de haber dejado allí el coche y tras gestionarlo internamente, me comunicaron que un cliente del restaurante había liberado una plaza y que podía regresar para aparcar en el hotel.

Creo que, si el parking está sujeto a disponibilidad y puede quedar ocupado por los clientes del restaurante, debería indicarse claramente en Booking, ya que no es lo que espera un huésped que realiza su reserva contando con este servicio, especialmente cuando llega a las 23:30 buscando simplemente aparcar y descansar.

El desayuno es correcto.

En definitiva, un hotel con muchísimo encanto y potencial, pero que necesita mejorar aspectos básicos relacionados con el descanso, la seguridad y la organización de los servicios que ofrece al huésped.

Un pequeño hotel con encanto
Pros:

Me ha gustado el jardín y el tamaño de la habitación , el unico inconveniente era el ruido de la nevera y el sonido de las campanas de la iglesia cercana.
