Pros:

Fair was ok

Cons:

Room service not available after reaching they didn't even provide the water bottle which is a very necessary thing. Afternoon asking then also it was delayed

It's good for a business trip.
I am staying with my spouse for some family function, which is planned at this place.

Cons:

Scope of improvement: they should provide 2 towels (big size) as my booking is for 2 members.
I have requested the front office person to keep my luggage bag (1 no. only) till around 3pm as the family function is planned till 3pm but they denied it. So I have to find a place to keep it as check out is 11am.

Clean and big rooms. Cordial staff behaviour.

Cons:

No option for preparing tea in the room. No electric kettle and tea bags. Room actually has no facilities. Bathroom had no racks, hooks or hangers. Breakfast was included in my booking, but the hotel did not seem to have that update and I had to pay for the breakfast.

Останавливались на четыре ночи с друзьями во время поездки в Аджанту и Эллору.
Заняли три номера рядом.
При бронировании отель попросил предоплату около 10%, при общей сумме заказа 22000 предоплата была 6000.
Мы позвонили и договорились о меньшей предоплате, внесли 2300.
При заезде хотели сократить пребывание до 3 ночей, но этого сделать не удалось, потому что приехали мы поздно и с менеджером связаться не удалось, и якобы отель взял бы с нас штраф. В итоге остались на четыре ночи.
Из заявленного в описании номера присутствует не все: не было чайника, чая/кофе, полотенец, туалетных принадлежностей. Полотенца и зубной набор принесли сразу, чайник, чашки и ложки пришлось попросить.
Туалетной бумаги не было, сейфа не было.
Горячая вода только утром. Вечером просили, чтобы включили горячую воду, включали на час. Один раз приехали поздно, в 23 часа, и все уже ушли, никто не мог включить воду.
В стоимость номера был включён завтрак. Его подавали на ресепшене, после нашего заезда там поставили стол и стулья.
Два дня на завтрак подавали поху и упма, два дня пури баджи, и масала чай. Завтрак вкусный, но без выбора блюд)
В одном из номеров был сильный запах из труб, мы попросили нафталиновые шарики, стало лучше. В другом номере плохо работали розетки, были пятница на постели, чёрные волосы на полу.
В целом за такую цену удовлетворительно, но ещё раз мы бы там не остановились.

Cons:

Все приходилось просить и уточнять: завтрак, горячая вода, просили доп. полотенца, воду. Уборки за 4 дня ни разу не было.
