Amei o Hotel, lugar limpo, organizado, confortável, climatizado... os funcionários são muito gentis com a gente, café da manhã delicioso.. fiquei 2 dias apenas mais se precisar voltar em Ribeirão com certeza seria minha primeira opção.. super indico

Cons:

A parede do banheiro quarto tinha meleca de nariz, tive que limpar com álcool em gel e papel…. Cheguei no café estava, a moça da recepção, a moça da limpeza e a moça da cozinha sentadas no café rindo e conversando…. Pedi garfo a moça pediu que eu esperasse e continuou conversando, depois de uns minutos eu mesma fui pedir na cozinha…. Não tinha ovo pronto , não tinha leite pronto …. A reposição demorou uns 10 minutos…. Outros hóspedes que estavam no refeitório, eu senti até o incômodo deles pelas risadas altas que estavam dando …. Nunca vi isso !!!! Nunca mais volto
