Pros:

Lage direkt an der Ruhr, Ausblick auf Biergarten, war aber leise ! Für Fahrradfahrer standen Lademöglichkeiten kostenlos in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Hätten ein paar mehr Steckdosen sein können.
