Great place, safe location and good price.
Pros:

Good breakfast (eggs, turkey, bread, teas, fruit, granola, yogurt, all that I needed), excellent cleanliness of the room and washroom, and friendly staff. All for 780 MXN. I would definitely stay there again! TV also had free netflix and other streaming services.

Cons:

There was some strong gasoline smell in my room late at night, but I assume it's because of the location (very close to the airport), which was also very convenient for a night only.

The hotel is in a local area removed from the immediate airport and commercial buildings. It gave me a taste of the local lifestyle.

Cons:

It was perfect for what I needed. Alberto took very good care of my needs and arranged all of the ground transportation I required.

A reservation with Oasis Airport is. It worth the risk of being moved to a place I wouldn’t have ever thought I’d stay.
Cons:

I never made it to Oasis. The car I had arranged for airport pickup from them never came, and I was told Oasis was overbooked. They made arrangements for me to go to a basic pension. I didn’t lose any money, but I had made the reservation over a month in advance. The pension was clean but very basic.

Friendy Family Guesthouse in Leafy Street in Safe Community minutes on foot from Terminal 1
Pros:

Don Alberto the owner and his family are lovely and welcoming and I arrived 1am and they let me store dog crates and offered me all night breakfast. He let me take food to the room. It's a cozy beautiful well situated backpacker style guesthouse about 8 minutes walk to Door #10 of Terminal 1 where there are bank machines. Nice area, friendly neighbours. Felt safe. Don Alberto, his Dad and sister helped me get to the bus station. Lovely people.
I loved the inside door lock and felt very safe arriving 1am
