+ Concierge was helpful.

Cons:

- No proper parking space for cars. They asked to park it near a construction site where welding was going on.
- Both restaurants inside hotel were bad. At Temptation the food -taste was reasonable but the staff service was pathetic. Everyone passes instructions to other person and nobody wants to act quickly. We ended up waiting for a very long time for the food to be served.
- Housekeeping staff also does a sloppy job. They needed multiple reminders to attend to requests like room cleaning.

Worth the money

The staff and the in room facilities. The transport desk team were superb.

Cons:

The breakfast hall as it appeared a bit unhygienic due to lots of flies which I complained and staff tried to react best.

Great experience
Pros:

Hotel location is good and the staff is very professional and helpful. We had booked complimentary breakfast and it was really good. Hotel has lot of options in terms of food and the food was overall good. Hotel is quite close i.e. 1.5 -2 km to the train station. Hotel has a travel desk which we found was very helpful and reasonable.

Cons:

We booked a luxury room but it looked more or less standard. Fridge was not working which is not good given that it was quite hot outside and one may want cold water or save some food in fridge.

L'hotel era al di sopra delle mie aspettative.
Molto grande con tutti i corridoi aperti che portavano alle camere affacciate su un giardino con fontana e un'ascensore a vetri con vista. Camera pulita, spaziosissima con il vassoio provvisto di bollitore, acqua minerale e bustine di thè e caffè, divano e scrittoio.
Ampio disimpegno con guardaroba aperto fronte bagno con doccia walking. Silenziosa e luminosa
Ristorante nell'alloggio fronte hotel con stanze per matrimoni e ampia piscina dove nuotare e rilassarsi
Cibo ottimo, fresco e mai troppo piccante.
L'hotel più bello in assoluto che ho avuto nel mio peregrinare in Karnataka.

Cons:

Sono capitata durante i mesi dedicati ai matrimoni ed è stato un po' rumoroso ma molto interessante. Fortunatamente la camera era distante dai festeggiamenti musicali.
Unico punto: l'acqua della piscina piuttosto fredda perché il sole è poco presente durante l'intera giornata, ma nuotando è sopportabile.
