We had a great stay overall! The absolute highlight was the in-room bathtub—relaxing there while taking in the amazing mountain views was an unforgettable experience. Everything else was good, and the scenery is truly unbeatable.
The only areas for improvement would be the kitchen; the furniture is a bit dated and the kitchenware could definitely be updated or replaced. Additionally, the overall cleanliness could be stepped up a notch. With a few upgrades to the kitchen area, this place would be perfect!

The cottage was spacious and the jacuzzi was very nice to relax in. Great views of the mountains.
The shower was unusable (broken door, flimsy fittings, leftover half-used toiletries). The cottage felt neglected overall – dirty windows, spiderwebs on the front door, no proper curtains upstairs, and only a mattress on the floor instead of a bed. When I reported the shower problem, the owner denied any issue, implied I was lying, and told me to leave rather than offering to fix it.
We decided to stay due to lack of other available options at short notice. On our check out day we were "offered" a 30 Lari discount but the issue with the broken shower was still denied and we were later sent a message to thank us for leaving the cottage clean.
We had a wonderful time in the cabin. It is lovely and very well decorated and the jacuzzi was incredible, the perfect way to relax after a day hiking. Communication was also very easy and responses always immeditate. The location is great, not in the centre of the village which is nicer but also very close to everything walking. Highly recommended!

Vista cottage was just the relaxation break my partner and I needed. It offers amazing views from both front and back, a jacuzzi which you can enjoy anytime and a relaxing environment. The mattress and pillows were also very comfortable and the view from the upper floor ever better. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you need to have breakfast or cook a meal. There were also slippers and bathrobes which added to the whole comfort and luxury feeling. The cottage was also very clean and well maintained which was very important to us. The host helped us with all our questions on the first day and was very good and kind with communication. 10/10. We would be back next time we are in Kazbegi.
A couple of small things that for us were not a problem but others might want to know. The jacuzzi is close to a small road so sometimes a car or people can pass by. You can just close the curtains or say hello like we did :)
The vinyl record is operational but the music coming out is very bad so we didn't use it.
Also one of the pots had many scratches so we cooked all our food in the second pot. An alternative option would be nice.
I really liked everything, the cottage is clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi is fabulous, the views are beautiful.
wow! the cottage is so beautiful. we felt alone with the cows, dogs, and horses walking around. so peacefull.
the cottage was so warm and had everything we needed. (except coffee or tea)
we arrived spontaniously within less then an hour, the hostess cleaned the room perfecly in zero time. was very friendly as well!
for us it wasnt a trouble, but the stair to the bedroom are not the most convenient, so i wouldnt recommend for elder
people maybe. other then that, no comlains at all!
i have travelled around the world to more than 70 countries and i have stayed in some of the most amazing places, but this one takes the cake. stunning unobstructed view of the landscape.
It was an amazing experience, the view on the Kazbegi mountain is breathtaking. There was everything we needed in the house. The host is also very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
