Room poor lighting bathroom, no chair , mattress too soft. Paying for parking when gates left open
The amazing service from when you enter the door, while you’re there and when you leave. The room is well kept, the bed is extremely comfortable, the dining area is beautiful, the location is good and close to public transport.
Nothing I didn’t like, but I’d suggest that a mat in front of the shower would be a good investment. We had no mop and used a towel.

Really lovely room and new bathroom .. really clean and quiet and great tv and apps to choose from such great value for money and way more homely than the obvious major chains.. the lovely ma on reception even brought my over eats delivery to the room for me :)
Just no parking so had to go on the street but it was free just took me a little while to find somewhere :)
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Loved everything about it. It's clear that the owners have put a lot of love into the design and running of this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and I liked how I could check in after 11pm. The room was small but perfect for one person. It was very clean and decorated nicely.
My room was right by the entrance that everyone came in and out of the courtyard on the bottom floor. which meant I didn’t feel comfortable to have the curtains open, as people could see straight into my room. If the hotel can find more curtains that let the light in but have good privacy that would be amazing.

The website said free parking hence i booked this Hotel or else would have looked elsewhere.

Good location, good price
Check in took a long time as the staff member was answering calls in between checking us in. No light in toilet and issue not resolved when we raised it. General mould and dust in bathroom and family member cut themselves on the sharp sink corner. Paid for parking and then no space when we got back that evening. Issue resolved but frustrating when we had paid and said we would be coming back late.
