Location was ideal for Heathrow. The room was clean, tidy, and well appointed.
The staff were welcoming and friendly.
The electric car charging point was occupied by a non-electric vehicle. This was resolved after raising a complaint with the staff.
The cost of the charging is dictated by the hotel - it is not competively priced!

based on reviews I expected it to be nicer than it was. The staff was nice but had no information (just hired?) and said the restaurant wasn't open for breakfast. when we checked out breakfast was served but we had already decided to eat at the airport. I thougt it was much closer to restaurants than it was.

Sehr modern und sehr sauber. Nichts zu beanstanden. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Umgebung war sehr ruhig.
Keine Ablagemöglichkeit für einen Koffer. Das Zimmer war durch die Displays der Klimaanlage und dem Rauchmelder in der Nacht sehr hell.
Das Hotel liegt in Uxbridge. Die dortige High Street ist pakistanisch/indisch geprägt, sodass man keinen typisch britischen Pub vorfindet, wie man vielleicht erwartet.
It was a warm and friendly atmosphere..the room was lovely..everything you need is in there ..has a lovely little courtyard were you can go and get some fresh air
Very well decorated,clean ,very up to date , great place to stay .I think I will make it my go-to when I'm passing through London
It was further away than I thought ,but still once I arrived and checked in it was worth it.

Everything from the moment we arrived the gentleman on the front desk was lovely very polite, The hotel was excellent very clean the decor fantastic all outstanding to fair will absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone .

Modern and clean
Parking was not obvious, staff on check-in were unable to tell us if we had breakfast included. Had an issue with our door lock that caused an annoying beeping and made it not possible to open from the outside for around 15 minites
