Location was perfect, rooms lovely and had everything you needed. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.
My only negative would be the charge for parking which seemed excessive, it would have been nice if there had been a reduction if you stayed more than 1 night.
Clean, convenient, quiet, comfortable
One of the lifts was out of order so waiting was a drag. Overnight parking at £15 per day too expensive especially when not parked for 48 hours. Arrived around 20.30 on day one and left on day three at 09.30. Parking duration was 37 hours owing to mid evening arrival and morning departure.
Hotel staff and location absolutely fantastic. Will definitely look to stay again.
Being a tiny bit pernickety the gym was fairly basic the running machine wasn't working. But all in all the hotel was absolutely brilliant
Great rooms staff where very friendly and helpful
Nothing
View from the fifth floor after a storm overnight was superb. East sunrise and nature in its splendour. The new development when it is complete will be great...
Too much furniture. One bulb broken. Room on tilt. The TV for an upgrade room could have had access to Netflix.?And then the shower. Too complicated and the thermostat impossible to adjust ...in fact scolding temperature is not ideal . Grohe{Brand} basic on /off adjust single handle far better choice if refurbished.
Hotel could use updating.
All the staff were helpful and cheerful.
The bed and pilows were comfortable
The shower and bath were good with great hot water
Plenty of undercover parking (paid).
Breakfast is basic but reasonably good. Same for dinners.
Rooms are quiet (at.least the one we had at rear of hotel)
For a 5 star hotel one would expect the mini bar to be replenished and milk other than satchel type be provided.
Face washers would have been appreciated along with somewhere to place your suitcase.
The use of single use shampoo bottles etc is a bit dated these days.
There is no writing material or Hotel information.
The used coffee pod holder wasn't emptied.
Food was plentiful but needed replenishment to avoid over being stored
The shower worked really well,it was a walk in catering for disabilities .However the water was allowed to travel outside the collection area making for a dangerous situation due to poor design
Very good room with comfortable bed. View out over the marina.
Only one lift was working in a large hotel and during the time we were there there seemed to be no evidence of any activity to repair the other one. We gave up on it and used the stairs. The leisure facilities were a few pieces of cardio equipment in a small room, and the one treadmill was broken.
Room a good size with comfortable bed and pillows
Location very good
Breakfast selection fairly good
The staff, particularly in bar and restaurant area were unfriendly and didn’t even acknowledge us sometimes, and it was not busy, very strange.
The ladies toilets smelled very strongly of urine although they appeared clean.
Parking is exorbitant at £15 per day given I was staying for a week this adds up , found carpark across the road is £5 for 24hrs.
Everything was perfect .Great location , beautiful decor ,Had a great night sleep
Location good a room nice
£15 for car park too much .Ask for food and told kitchen had closed early when clearly stated it shut at 9 so had no evening meal
Definitely would stay here again. It was clean ,comfortable and the food was lovely.
Nothing.
