Love it but had better stays here
Pros:

Rooms are great, beds so comfortable, love the views, love the little extras.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Don't like the bath, too high especially when getting out, bit dangerous. Also, shower screen rubbish and floor got soaking wet.

Bar seating area has changed the layout and not for the better, seems too compact now and not as relaxing.

Restaurant for breakfast wasnt great, chairs all stained, dirty tables, food selection reduced now especially the continental items.

Pros:

Everything was lovely, can't fault much. The room was lovely and clean, the food was amazing especially the braised beef. We have booked another visit 🙂 but won't be using the hotel carpark

Cons:

We were there on the 10/02 for 2 nights and my partner got the key from reception, the woman wasn't very inviting no smile no greet. The next day I went to reception and same woman again was not very inviting and very miserable. Think she could do with some hospitality training. We didn't like the carpark prices at £15 a night, it was cheaper at £9 to park outside over the road. Next time we will be doing that.

We stayed at this hotel when it was The Ramada, now it has lost its way
Pros:

Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

Cons:

No fridges in the room nor complimentary water. Not to be told the hotel was in receivership before arriving.
Ni drinks menu . Food choice was restricted.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

The food was excellent, and the beds were comfy and large. We liked the view of the sea , although there was a big construction yard outside. We just ignored that.

We spent most of the night drunk at the bars , excellent night out. Friendly staff and love the fact the car park was underground and secure.

Cons:

Not got a bad word to say tbh.

Pros:

Good food, both breakfast and dinner were very well presented and tasty.

Cons:

I thought the room was a little tired, needed a bit of tlc, walls a bit scuffed and bedside lampshade wobbly, and at an angle.
