Close to Lord Street. Spacious rooms. Generous tea, coffee and biscuits in the rooms.
Breakfast is generous but the cooked breakfast is awful with overcooked bacon, sausage and fried egg which has been cooked well ahead of breakfast. No filter coffee or latte. Just an urn of coffee. One lift was broken during my stay.
Fantastic hotel and in a great location. We couldn't fault the place!
We have stayed a few times now and love every visit!

Location was good. Close to railway station, shops and the pier. Staff really friendly. Room well equipped and a good size. Lounge area was very stylish and comfortable. Good choice of drinks. Felt we had good value for the money we paid.
It's a shame that the hotel is next to a closed down nightclub, and then the other side, a building is going up that will block the view of the lake. Also a shame that the bar terrace looks out at the empty building, not the lake and the distant sea!!
Not a bad selection
