Hotel was lovely, ideally located, spotlessly clean and the American or maybe Canadian lady on reception was really lovely, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good and we will definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel. Staff are lovely and so helpful. The food in the restaurant was so nice, especially the braised beef main and the miso chicken skewers! 😋. Lovely atmosphere in the bar and lounge. Rooms were perfect. I can't find one single fault.

The area adjacent to the foyer and outside the restaurant was very pleasant and ideal for a drink before dinner. Our room was fine and the bathroom decent, although the addition of a mirror for shaving/make up would help.
Staff in the bar and restaurant were pleasant and helpful, but horribly stretched meaning delays in ordering and getting food happened on both occasions we dined in. We were surprised to find that the bar did not serve Bloody Marys - very strange for a hotel at this level.
