Bed very comfortable (apart from pillows). Room facilities good. Hotel generally quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.
Poor food selection at dinner. Breakfast very basic. Bread dry and basic. Very uncomfortable chairs and drab dining area pillows too hard to be comfortable. Separate parking fee.

The window didn’t open in the first room we had. But they made arrangements for the next night and put us in a room that did.

Just a smalll thing really breakfast was fresher the 2nd day as opposed to the first day.
Cleanliness was 10/10, whoever is cleaning the rooms needs a raise because it was SPARKLING every single day. They topped up on all amenities, tea and cookies too!
Breakfast was great, fresh each morning with plenty of choice - maybe some more vegetarian hot food options? But still pretty good regardless.
Lounge area was very pretty and comfy, bar staff also very friendly!
Only one thing i wish was different was the gym equipment, some dumbbells would’ve made it a lot more useful for me personally
Another fantastic trip to The Waterfront. Cannot fault the reception staff as well as the bar and restaurant staff. All were very friendly and helpful. The evening meal - braised beef was cooked to perfection. Looking forward to the next trip in July.
It was a great location. The rooms were spacious and very clean. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Not much outdoor space, room was just ok, carpet was a bit stained, unluckily had no view whatsoever, lots of flies/midges in the room.
Didn't expect to pay £15 to park my car overnight
Wwe were all very annoyed at the price of drinks in the bar
