Exceptionally good value. A bright, modern hotel with large and comfortable bedrooms. The food was good and the staff very professional and friendly.
Me and my husband stayed here, we had double room, it was lovely, we had a bonus upgrade, so we upgraded to the big double, and ohh my days it was beautiful, fantastic, with balcony with sea view. Room was absolutely amazing, so comfortable and spacious, we will be booking again, this is by far the best hotel in southport is my view. Staff so helpful and kind. Well done to all the staff at the waterfront hotel.

The parking is very expensive at £15 per night. I feel that paying guests should have free parking. The room was not serviced on our first day, she was only just going in to clean at 3 30pm when we arrived back after having the day out and to get ready for the evening, out so we just asked for tea, coffee, sugar etc
Modern hotel overlooking the marina and 5 mins walk from Lord Street. Staff welcoming and good facilities. Underground parking at £15/ night. Would definitely stay again.
