Once only. I won’t be returning.
Pros:

Coffee could have doubled as paint stripper

Cons:

Varying floor levels. Trip hazards
Bed head - gap between it and mattress
Rock hard mattress
Light switch controls - never did find the one for above bathroom mirror!
Nowhere close to basin to hang towels
Remove the potted plant from the bathroom.

The staff is very friendliness helpful. Always doing the best they can to accommodate.
Pros:

What i got was good and tasty. It would be great to have options like waffles or pancakes. More fruit choices.

Cons:

The bed was firm. To a point were it was uncomfortable.

Solid option a little overpriced
Pros:

Large hotel, good sized room, clean, friendly staff, pleasant pool, but the place is now showing its age. Towels are thin and old, rooms dated etc I have no problem with that but others might

Cons:

My main issue is that it is expensive for what it is. I would price the room around 700 thb, certainly under 1000. People obviously agree as the place was largely empty.
