Überzeugt auf ganzer Linie!
Pros:

Die Villa Certosa in Capri ist einfach traumhaft. Ich war mit meiner Lebenspartnerin 4 Tage in Capri und der Aufenthalt in der Villa Certosa war perfekt, von der Lage über das Personal bis zum Frühstücksbuffet. Auf individuelle Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen. Ich kann die Villa zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den hervorragenden Aufenthalt.

Hôtel récent très confortable avec service impeccable, bien situé avec un très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

la seule chose que je n'ai pas apprécié : l'hôtel étant situé dans les ruelles piétonnes de Capri, il est impossible d'y arriver en voiture/taxi, nous avons du trainer nos bagages dans les ruelles en pente à l'arrivée.
Au départ, l'hôtel nous a proposé de descendre nos bagages (sans nous) jusqu'au Ferry, au prix de 30€ par bagage ... !!!
Nous avons trouvé cela hors de prix et nous avons refusé, nous sommes descendus au port en funiculaire avec nos bagages pour un total de 8 €.
Je penses qu'un hôtel de cette gamme doit proposer le transfert Port/Hôtel (même pas 10 mn) gratuitement à ses clients, bagages et clients, à l'arrivée et au départ, quitte à augmenter légèrement le prix du séjour.

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dem für uns perfekten Wohlfühl-Hotel in absoluter Traumlage auf Capri! Hervorragendes und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit top Service, absolute Ruhe mit einem sensationellen Ausblick aus dem 2. Stock. Generell sehr freundliches Personal, egal ob bei der Rezeption oder dem Housekeeping - immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht und itanlienischem Charme! Nochmals danke für die kleinen Überraschungen am Zimmer!

One of the best hotels we stayed in during our month long honeymoon in Italy/Sicily. The staff was amazing, with Simone welcoming us in on the first day, to the breakfast staff and daytime staff being extremely helpful throughout our 3 night stay. A beautiful property in the heart of Capri. Also they organized a boat tour for us which was amazing, pay as you checkout etc.

Hopefully we return in a few years time. Thanks for everything, Kieran.

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per qualche giorno e non posso che dire meraviglie! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità: lo staff è estremamente cordiale, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. La camera era spaziosa, pulitissima e curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Il letto comodissimo, la biancheria fresca e profumata, e la vista… mozzafiato! La colazione è stata uno dei punti forti del soggiorno: abbondante, varia e con prodotti freschissimi, dolci e salati. Impossibile non trovare qualcosa di proprio gusto! Aggiungo anche che la posizione è perfetta: tranquilla ma a pochi minuti da tutto, ideale sia per chi vuole esplorare la zona che per chi cerca relax totale. Insomma, un’esperienza eccellente sotto ogni aspetto. Torneremo sicuramente, e consiglio questo hotel a chiunque cerchi comfort, eleganza e un servizio impeccabile. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Pros:

Amazing location, beautiful new 5* boutique hotel, clean spacious rooms and super comfy bed, and very peaceful common terrace with pool. Ideal stay in heart of Capri town, yet in full serenity and luxury. Would recommend highly!

Cons:

Too bad no gym, but it’s ok. Also some services (ie porter) was heavily overpriced via hotel
