We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
Pros:

people who work in the dinning room. cooks , all of the,. sooo nice and pleasant . stuff is really great.

there is no activity for the kids and playground. there was playroom, but it was closed most of the time. it is family hotel, should have more activities for the kids in the evenings.

One our favourite stays on the island, and we were all sad to leave!
Pros:

The room had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed , power shower and felt spacious for 2 people.

Cons:

A few touch ups required, loose curtain rack, scratch on glass on balcony, chips on side of dressing table.
Also loud bangs when others guests shut their doors.

Serdecznie polecam ten hotel! Nasz pobyt był wspaniały!
Personel był bardzo miły, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty. Hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko morza. Pokój był bardzo czysty, codziennie sprzątany, a ręczniki były wymieniane każdego dnia.
Śniadania były bardzo smaczne.Istnieje również możliwość wykupienia obiadów i kolacji.
W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów.
Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! Na pewno chętnie tu wrócimy!

A great hotel in Protaras.
We have been in many hotels in Protaras in this one is the best when it comes to cleanliness and quality of the food. Breakfast was the best we had in Cyprus. A big thanks to the lady on the fourth floor who kept our room clean every day (we have a small child) and to a guy at the pancakes in the morning who allways greated us with a smile. Would definitly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cons:

The only thing we did not like was the price of dinner. 25 eur for each adult and half of the price for 2 year old.. so we just had breakfast and went to eat dinner outside. There is plenty of restaurants outside so you can have good dinner outside for less money. But I am sure the dinner would also be great the same as brekfast.
Also there is no kids program in the evening, but in this place I do not think it is necessary just to point that out.

Location. Friendly staff. Regular cleaning. Outside grassy area for sunbeds. Quiet at night sunbeds always available

Cons:

Sunbeds at side of our apartment stacked up making it easy access to our balcony for burglars. Booked it for sofa bed as we sleep in separate beds due to poor sleep but it was only a single bed suitable only for a child. This should have been stated on the detail s of the room. Fridge noisy at night affecting sleep quality. A bit pricy compared to other hotels

Бронювала Sunrise Gardens Aparthotel та на жаль, готель не відкрили, тому нам запропонували готель вищого класу Sunrise Beach Hotel, за що окрема подяка!
Ми приїхали занадто рано та оскільки номер був вільний нас поселили, після доби в дорозі це було безцінно! На рецепції зустріли дуже привітно.
Для нас номер був комфортним, зручним та приємним. В готелі досить гарна шумоізоляція та відсутні будівлі поруч які можуть додавати шуму, спати було комфортно.
Сніданки для нас були смачні та різноманітні.
Територія готелю також приємна та чиста.
Дуже гарна ідея закріпити лежаки за гостями- ніхто не займав рушниками, завжди вільно.
Надзвичайно сподобалось що готель на 1 лінії та можна насолоджуватись сніданком споглядаючи на прекрасне ранкове море.
